Stress is not good for the baby. I would think that arguing would bring on stress.

It doesn't really harm the baby however it does affect the baby. My first pregnancy I was always calm and relaxed never argued with my husband and I had the calmest baby ever. Then with my second pregnancy my husband and I fought on a regular basis. She definetly was and is not the calmest baby. Also a friend of mine same thing her and her husband fought a lot and her baby wasn't a good baby. I think that it puts a lot of stress on them feeling the stress from you. You should try to just walk away if you can.

Personally, I always worried about that when I was pregnant, too. When I got in a car accident when I was 6 months along, the doctors hooked me up to some monitors to see if the baby was o.k. One of the monitors measured the "sympathetic heart-rate". Apparently, the baby reacts to everything that you are feeling. So, I would assume, that when you are stressed during an arguement, that also stresses the baby.

Although there is a small chance that higher stress levels can cause problems in pregnancy arguing with someone won't generally cause any harm.

I wouldn't say danger but it's not good.
The baby will pick up on the moods.
Also if you argue with baseball bats, that would be a bad thing.

arguing doesn't hurt the baby. If it gets violent, that WILL hurt the baby. Make sure you step away and cool off. High stress will hurt your baby.

there are studies that prove hat any change in your mood affects the baby. (the heart rate changes) and also stress is not good for your body and the baby depends on your body.... so i would say its not good for the baby

yeah, when you get upset your hormones change, or you have a chemical embalance in your body. the baby can feel all of it not to mention hear all of it. Try to avoid arguments, not good for you or the baby.

Fighting with your spouse or such does not cause miscarriage unless it is high stress levels. Usually it is fine. If you are really concerned you should talk to your doctor.
