Hi, I'm currently 8 months pregnant and I try to walk 3-4 times a week on the treadmill for about 20-30 minutes each time. I started walking years ago to try and help w/ some digestive issues I was having, and I used to walk and run everyday at a fast pace (fastest on my treadmill running was about 5-6 miles per hour). I've cut it down to light walking at only 2 miles per hour and like I said I now only walk 2 or 3 times a day. Is this ok? Or can I up my speed a little and should I start walking everyday? Anyone know if that would be safe? I recently had another docs appointment but forgot to ask my doctor about that. As far as I was told, my weight is normal for my 8 months and my blood sugar and other tests came out normal as well. Baby has a very good healthy heartbeat too. Thankfully. This being my first child I don't want to do anything harmful. Thanks
