Take folic acid to help your body build it up. Babies really need that stuff. Eat as healthy as possible and try a basal thermometer to find your ovulation time. Your basal temp spikes during ovulation.

Don't stress out that's the worse thing possible and make having sex more of a job then pure enjoyment. The folic acid and prenatals are a very good idea, exercise if you don't already to get to a health prenatal weight, and what I did was take a tbsp(or tsp) of guaifenesin 30 min before the fun started. It helped me. I can tell you that it is supposed to thicken the lining of your uterus only for a short while of course, but I don't remember what else. Others have told me that after you do the act to keep your hips and lower body elevated for at most 30 min.
I don't know which worked the best for me, but I am now 5 mths pregnant.
I do know that I got frustrated and gave up after a year and then BAM! :)
Good luck.

Avoid any sort of medication other than pre-natal vitamins that contain at least 0.6 mg folic acid while you are ttc. Make sure you're having sex at the appropriate time, which is 8-16 days after the start of your period. Adjust your diet to include healthier foods and avoid things like deli meats, anything containing raw egg, and cold-water fish because these contain chemicals and/or bacteria that could be potentially harmful to a developing baby.

Sometimes things like this take a really long time to happen. I would say be patient but it seems you've already tried that. If you are worried try asking the doctor for help. If you don't have the money to invest in medical assistance then you should try looking into holistic remedies and even try some tricks to maximize sperm, egg contact like monitoring your cycles, using a pillow to increase the angle of penetration during sex, etc. Also, try not to get too stressed. When anxiety is a primary factor it can really throw off the hormones that help fertilization. I have heard so many stories of people who tried and tried, then just decided to adopt. The min they adopted and stopped worrying about having a child they managed to conceive.

Its perfectly normal hun. Ummm...your best advise it to go to your doctor and ask where the best place to get pregnant. They might have to take your egg and take some sperm and firt. at the place and reinsirt it back in to your body to make it grow to a healthy baby. Also eat different foods might do the trick and not so spicy foods.

You should be taking at least 400 ml. of folic acid. You can just take a prenatal vitamin that you can get at your local drugstore. Also, limit your amount of caffeine, fish and artificial sweetners.

you should be taking prenatal vitamins (keep in mind the most important part of development is in the first couple months which are usually before people even know they're pregnant) and exercise is good, as well as just being healthy in general
