i have two beautiful cats . well a cat and a kitten. ive grown quite fond of the little kitten and i am trying to think of reasons not to get rid of him. i know the litter is an issue . and the cat hair, and the fact that they both wont stay out of the bassinette, also, my 21 month old son loves the kitten to death and there both really good with each other.. any suggestions?

Why is it that some guys just don't want to see their children, even it they don't like the way they were concieved? Why some guys see child support as a way as the girl getting back at the guy? Can't they see the support is clearly for the child's needs and for their future. College, braces, uniforms for sports and other activies, school supplies, clothes, medical, day care expense, etc... Why guys pay in child support is really nothing, compare to what the single parent pays. Than why is it that some families can be so cold and not want to see their grandchildren but yet control their kids? A friend of mine's brothers father told his son to ask for joint legal custody in the case of his daughter because he will be financially responsible and if he is to be financially responsible he better have some sort of custody. They judge saw right through that and granted the mother full physical and legal custody.

I want to wait a few years, but I truly love kids, and have always wanted a decent sized family. My husband was unsure of kids until I became pregnant, and he was so excited. Then, our son was born- colicky, and super fussy too when he's teething. I have way more patience with our son... where as my husband doesn't deal with all the crying so much. He says never again period. I love my husband, and he truly loves me as well. I just don't know how to get past coping with never having another. And again, I love my husband, I don't want a divorce or to find someone new who feels the same as I do. I'm just stuck right now not knowing how to get through this. I love our son with all my heart, and he's so good around other babies (he's only 15 months), I know he'd be great as a brother. And for myself, I had a hard past with my mom being abusive... so I feel I have all this love in the world to give, and now I can't since my husband doesn't want anymore. Please help.

We have a 20 month old and he has recently been throwing himself to the floor, and then banging his head off the floor after he hears the wonderful NO word or we discipline him for doing something he's not supposed to. Should I seem concerned or is this just the terrible twos and I should just sit tight and hang on?

They found at the ultrasound {34 weeks} that my baby boy has his right kidney mildly dilated - does anybody have the same experience? Can it cure itselfs till birth? If it won't, is he going to need a surgery? And is it a major surgery? Please, help, I am really worried!!!

The reason I'm asking this question is because I have spoken with several people (including OB/GYNs, radiologists, spiritual advisors, friends, etc...) about my baby's movements. My baby moves around quite a bit and I'm only 5 months. They all have said my baby is 'anxious' to meet me. I'm anxious to meet my baby also but I want my baby to be healthy most of all. I have been through some emotional and mental stress throughout my pregnancy and I'm not sure if it's caused by the stress or not? Anyone who's been pregnant or is pregnant please answer.

I was on Depo for the better part of 4 1/2 years -- Came off of it this year because I'm at a point that I am ready to get pregnant. I know it can take anywhere from 3 months to 3 years to regain fetility -- however, I have yet to have a period. My Dr said this would be normal, and that I could still get pregnant even if I hadn't had one. I'm at a point right now where I honestly believe I could be pregnant, but the tests came back negative (I took 2). I was also told by a co-worker who has had one child that she went through the same thing, took like 10 pregnancy tests and they all came back negative and she was pregnant the entire time. My breasts are sore and tender, I'm tired (which isn't necessarily unusual), and in some ways, I just feel like I'm pregnant (gut feeling). Any advice? Anyone have the same experiences (or similar ones)?

I havent been able to get pregnant in 7 years of being with my husband,I have always been afraid to try the birth control to see if it would help! I gave up on breastfeeding after my supply just about diminished, and my breasts still leak, not a lot, but I thought it would completely stop! Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!

i smoked up until i was 7 months with my first born and started smoking again when he was 4 mos old. he was born late... and he was 8 lbs 6 oz 21 inches long. no astma at all... perfectly healthy little boy and developing very very very well. i am almost 8 months pregnant with another boy and yes... i still smoke, not as much as i did before, its just so hard to quit. does this make me a bad person?

have any of pg mom tried the crystal drain-o test to tell your babys gender? i know people who've done it and it was always right. i tried it and i was clearly having a boy from its results. i looked it up and people have been using this method for over 50 years and most people say its accuate.
