yes u can...the implant is placed behind the breast...it does not affect breastfeeding at all

I would assume YES. I breast-fed my daughter and I have salene. I would think it doesn't matter if it's salene or silicone to breast-feed since the implants aren't leaking or anything. My doctor has always assured me implants are safe for nursing, but I would check with your own OB.

It is possible. It just depends on how the implants are inserted as to not damage to milk producing parts of the breast. Most procedures now are done so it is possible. The best thing is to speak with the plastic surgeon prior to the surgery to make sure you can if you would like to be able to in the future.

Depends on where the implant was put. Example, behind the breast muscle, in front of the breast muscle. I dont know exactly which consititutes harder breast feeding though.

It depends on where the incisions were made and if they cut the ducts. Usually you can. Pamela Anderson did!-)
