I gave up on breastfeeding after my supply just about diminished, and my breasts still leak, not a lot, but I thought it would completely stop! Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!

If your supply was truly diminished you would NEVER have leaked. Your body is telling you to put that baby back to the breast.

Your best bet to help dry things up is to wear a bra constantly. I found even after I quit leaking if I went a few days without one milk would start coming in again. This is where those left over size one nappies come in....they make perfect breast pads and add a little to the cup so theres some gentle pressure there.

I leaked for almost a year after stopping. Its been 2 years now and I still get pains sometimes like my milk is coming in. The Dr. said its normal... I really want it to stop already though!

this may be gross to you, but it works in 2 days or less...
buy a head of cabbage
layer your breasts with the cabbage in a tightly fit sports bra... change out the cabbage every 4 hours or so...
do this until the next morning...
change when you wake during the night, or in the am...
i suggest to add a washcloth or papertowels between the cabbage and ur sportsbra, b/c the rest of the liquid will come out...
then take a long hot shower...
use nipple pads in your bra for the remainder of the day...
remember to keep that area tight and warm

and there is pills you can get from ur dr also...

You're fine, I know it's irritating however you are okay. Your Dr. will tell you that you are normal. Nothing to fret over. I breast fed my daughter for 2 years and that was 7 years ago, I still have a minute milk supply. Dr. said it was fine and I got a 2nd opinion, he said the same thing...:)

Shucks, my son is 7 days short of 4 months and I am still leaking a bit. My doctor says don't worry about it, but I can relate to your concern. It is the pits!! lol..

Yes, I have experienced this. I wrapped myself very tight and tried to keep this flow cut off for about a week. I waited unwrapped for a week and it stopped. I'm not sure how long you were breast feeding but you may have to help stop the seldom flow.
Take Care.

This is going to sound weird, but it DOES work. Get u a tight sports bra, and put cabbage leaves on ur boobs. U may not smell too good, but u will dry up in about a week. I did this with both of my children, and no I am not crazy, LOL!
