Juliet Isabella may be a little too long for a three-syllable last name.

Juliet is a tough one...

Juliet Marie and Juliet Noelle and Juliet Clairese are the only ones I can think of.

For the name to really flow you need to have a two-syllable middle name that ends in a vowel.

Julia is a sophistaced alternative that is easier th match with a middle name.

Juliet Michelle
Juliet Rachelle
Juliet Isabelle

I think Juliet Isabelle would go better with a 3-syllable last name than Juliet Isabella.

Juliet Isabella is definately too much of a mouthful, especially if your last name is 3 syllables. I recommend using 1, no more than 2 syllable middle name. This will make the entire name sound like it's balanced and flows.
What about:
Juliet Clara
Juliet Clair
Juliet May
Juliet Renee
Juliet Rose
Juliet Marie
Juliet Anna
Juliet Hope
Juliet Brook
Juliet Lynn
Juliet Faith
Juliet Reese
Juliet Grace
Juliet Alice
Juliet Nicole
Juliet Eve
Juliet Kay
Juliet Fay
Juliet Liz
Juliet Lizbeth - my fave

I think Juliet Elizabeth would be really pretty. I like the name Elizabeth a lot. It's not too trendy, but it's also not too ancient. To me it would be elegantly old fashioned. The other answers had some really good suggestions too. The one I liked most out of all of them was Juliet Rose. Whatever middle name you pick, I think Juliet is a beautiful name for a baby girl.
