When it comes to your child, who let's them get away with the most? Mom or Dad?

Me! I let my little girl get away with anything if she sticks her lip out far enough!
David on the other hand is the "enforcer".

I'm a single mom, so I have to be the fun one and the firm one at the same time! It's hard sometimes to mix the two, but I've learned to pick my battles. He's 2 1/2 now and everyone always says I'm lucky because he's pretty well behaved; I always tell them he didn't come that way! But all in all, we're both content- I kind of like it better this way, because I don't have to fight anyone about it. I raise him how I see fit, and so far, everything is going great!

I have to say we both discipline equally. Luckily, we both agree on what our son should/shouldn't be doing (he's only 15 months)... so we make sure to tell one another when the other isn't around what he can or can't get into lol. Example-playing my husband's guitar... my husband let him, so he told me this ahead of time so I wouldn't go and tell him no no. So far it's working out good. Not sure if it will change in the future. I don't want my husband to be a "bad guy" or me to be one either... but for us both to agree on issues when it comes to our son.

In my case DAD! Because I as mom have her all day everyday where as her dad gets her for 3 days a month. so of corse he's going to spoil her. He's got to make up for being a jerk and not picking her up every other weekend like he suppose to...

Dad. I'm the strict one. I lay down the law but we also have a lot of fun! I think it should be a balance but that's not the case in my home!

In our family, I am the more sensitive where I will discipline him and feel bad. I hate this about me! lol. He gets away with very little with daddy. So yea, that would be mommy.

Definately ME (mom)...my husband is always trying to discipline and I'm always trying to protect and baby our 2 1/2 year old.
