if you have really sharp pain in your stomach that comes and goes could it be a sign of PG? thanks for you help

I will not allow my daughter to go to a movie unless I want who are going? Which movie she is going. I called and left a few messages from the other parents but so far none of them returning my calls.

She was on punishment for 2 weeks during the Christmas vacation. She did not get to attend family gather for the holidays. Can't watch TV, uses the phone, uses the computer and did not get to see her cousins during that time.

I offer to give a ride to the movie and pick her and her friends up but she wants to take the train. All her friends and her wants to take the MBTA to the movie threather.

She knows that I'm not playing with her. My husband and I are on the same page. He has no tolerate for her behaviors. If I did not work for a child protective agency. I think that she would gotten beat up however, I walked away until I calm down and talked to her.

As a SW, it is very easy to deal with other kids but with your own kid it is a different story. Thanks for all the tips

Ive been "seeing" this girl for four months now. Were not dating, were just hooking up alot. I have a four year old son, hes mom left us right after he was born. This girl know that were not or never will be more than what we are now and were both ok with that. Well lately my son has been asking for her all the time. Shes so nice to him and she really cares about him alot, i honestly think she even loves him. Everything was fine until 3 days ago when he called her mommy, right away he corrected himself and said i mean ashley but its scaring me, hes so attached to her and i know its not going anywhere. Please tell me what you think i should do about this.

my newborn eats every 2 hours...sometimes every hour and a half...she is 2 weeks old....when does her eating time space out too every 4 hours...6 hours....8 hours...??? will feeding her more do so?

I'm a mother of 2 and I am trying to teach my 3 year old to eat healthy but I don't. (I know I'm a hyprocrite!) My husband eats very well therefore my children do see his example but not me. :(
Anyways my question is, are there anyother moms out there in the same situatuation? I want to be a healthy person but I just hate the teachstures of a lot of foods that ar good for me. If you are as unhealthy as me what do you do to get your vitamins and nutrients? Is there anything out there that I can take?......

My daughter just turned seven months and at she has only gained one and a half pounds since her four month check up. SHe is breast fed and started solids and infant cereal in the morning and before bed since she was four months, but what is an averange 7 months old feeding schedule like? We have been practicing with a sippy cup already and she can hold her spoon and bring it to her mouth, but how many jars of what should she have each day? I am just going by her appetite now, I am not force feeding her or anything, I am just wondering if she has a lower appetitie than the average baby and if that would explain her slow weight gain these past few months, she is only 14 pounds and our pediatrician said it was fine, that it was in the 20% and as long as she isn't losing, that she is fine. Just curious!

i was wondering if i have to breastfeed to pump milk or not. i am only arond 12-14 weeks pregnant, and just want to find out now so i know what to invest in. I personally dont like the idea of breast feeding but i am willing to pump. i will ask my doctor aobut this when i see her next. but i ws just wondering on what any one else knew about this. I am healthy and i am eating right. and i hope i can just exclusivly just pump milk.

I have a two year old son. He can be a little horror due to the fact that he is two. So we (his parents) have some rules and ways of disipline that we go by and we have the annoying reltives that disrespect that. For example when he gets in trouble he will chuck a tantrum and that is fine, we let him go he will stop eventualy, But if we have a relatives around (mostly the nans, wanting to be favourites) they will pick him up and give him a hug or something similar, they are trying to be favourites than he ghoes on to stop listening to his parents, how do i put a stop to this? I have already put a space between him and them asell as told them the problem straight up, but they continue to do it.

i went to the doctor 4 days ago they told me that i was 1cm dialatred, my cervix was very very soft and she felt her head and it was all the way down, do you think that iam ready or iam gonna be over due, because iam 4'11 and was 105 pounds when i got pregnant and the baby already weighs about 9 pounds im scared i wont be able to push her out, pls answer

i just had a baby 2 weeks ago...i know it will take time to get my body back the way it use to be but my main conern right now is my stretchmarks....people said they would go away but they look terriable....there still red and cover my whole stomach...will this get better in time???how long?? i cant imagine never showing my stomach again....im a flower child at heart and love to show my belly...please help

I was raised on Sesame Street, my mother swore by it so it struck me as odd when a parent recently told me she didn't allow her children to watch the show. Now, i know it's been nearly twenty years since I watched it, but I thought it was educational. Teaches letters, numbers, shapes, colors, matching, some spanish, reading, etc. Has something happened to the show I should be aware of? Other children I care for watch it and I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.
Her children are very bright 18mos and 3yrs, I would have thought Sesame Street would be perfect.

My Fiance and I have a very active sex life. a few days ago, she started to complain of breast pain. that same day, we made love. afterwards she stood up and dropped to the floor with abdominal pain. I was really scared for her. she is still having breast pain, and shes beeing very moody. she took the ept test toinght and it came out negative. the box siad to take it after your missed period. well, her cycle is always sparatic and she never knows when she will have it. she bled a little last night and had pain in her ovaries. Could the test be wrong? Thanks in advance.

I do not put underwear on my children at night. They sleep in their pjs, and my husband thinks that is very odd, that they should have them on. I think they do not need that restriction or extra layer to overheat...what do you think?
