Nothing. The sex of a child is determined by the male genes. Nothing can predict the sex before the baby is conceived. Sorry, have a healthy 50% chance of either.

I am currently pregnant and know the gender of our baby, its a girl!
I came across this site and entered in the valid information it asked for, and it said I am having a girl, now I know it had a 50/50 chance but here it is http://www.thelaboroflove.com/chart/pred.html

theres sayings that if you conceive at a certain time of the month but i don't think it matters its about genetics and the mans sperm he is the one who is the carrier. it shouldn't matter be happy with the child whoever they are its not something you can control

Having sex the day you ovulate. Male sperm swim faster and dont live as long. Female sperm swim slower but live longer.
