what is the mucus thing look like before you go into labor? and can it be a little bit a time or does it all come out at the same time?

I have recently developed a liking for the name Cassidy. My husband thinks it brings up conotations of "bubble gum singers" from the 70s (Namely David Cassidy and Shawn Cassidy) what do you think?

I found out I was pregnant on christmas eve, through 4 home tests... (I couldn't convince myself) anyway, i'm waiting on the blood test to confirm it... i want to know for someone that is 5 weeks along.. what should the hormone count be? All i know, is if the hormone count is less than 5, you aren't pregnant... after that?/ i have no idea.

I got home at 10:30pm last night and now my mom is mad at me. She told me that I wasn't supposed to be out late, and that 10 would of been late enough. I drive so its not like she has to pick me up or anything, and I tell her exactly where I'm going so its not like she couldn't find me if she needed to.

While Parker’s diagnosis is now a year old, he has not been affected by tantrums until about a month ago. They are extremely erratic and unruly. I will not become the parent of the Autistic child who keeps their trouble locked up at home. I am very proud of who my son is and will someday be. I must find a way to help him.

i am 6 months pregnant now, i have bad itchy eyes, i always had bad allergies, and i was wondering (since the doctor's office is closed already) if anyone knew what kind of medicine i could use to make them not so dry and itchy. does any one else have this too? and what are u doing to fix it?

Me and my girl had sex on dec 11 and she had her period on the 12 which is normal. She took the pill that morning and we had sex that night. She took the pilll again later that night. She got her peiod again today. It wasnt normal today though it wasnt thick like a normal menstration. whats goin on they say the first few months of pregnancy u bleed. Whats going on? please help.

My husband and I both work full-time and have two girls ages 3 yrs and 1 yrs. First, the baby got sick and needed to be out 2 days and the following week, our oldest got sick and needed to be out. These jobs were new to us and taking off all that time almost cost us our jobs. What do you other parents do with your children when they are sick?

I am 38 weeks preg, and when I went to the doctor I peed in the cup, and I saw this white stuff floating in the cup, when I brought it into the nurses station it already settled to the bottom, the nurse said it was fine and it was just mucus. Why do I have mucus in my urine???

my son will be 11 months feb 3rd and i used to heat his formula in the microwave to 50 secongs now i decreased it to 25 seconds...can i just now...give it to him cold???? will it upset his stomach? I am trying to prepeare him when he turns 1 in feb to colds cows milk!!!

My son just turned 1 on Friday and we had him completely bottle broke and on a sippy cup by 9 months ( doctors orders, because he was bitin the nipple off and choking) he went to my fathers house for 3 days and my father thought he was to young to be on a sippy and he put him back on a bottle. My doctor wants him back on a sippy. I am having a terrible time doin this. The first time it was so easy, we just gave him a sippy and he took it. Know he screams until he gets a bottle. Anyone with suggestions please. I really need help on this if all he is goin to do is scream i will go insane lol .

How do u explain this to a 7 year old. We watched World Trade Center together. She was asking a lot of questions and as I tried to explain it to her she seemed more confused. Words like war and terrorist she don't really understand. I know it's complicated anyway, but is there a simple way to put it? Thanks....only helpful answers please....I'm not asking your opinion about letting my daughter watch this.

Are sore throat, coughing, stuffy nose signs of a regular cold or is it more likely that it's just because of the pregnancy?

My husband and I are having our fourth child in June. We don't know if it's a boy or a girl. We need some First name ideas to go for a girl, ( the middle names are Zoey Rose, after his mom and our sisters) and middle names for a boy (first name will be Cooper, unless you have any better suggestions....)
