What happened? Did you have monthly "periods"? Were you on the pill? What did the doctor do once you found out?

I WENT ALMOST 6 STILL BLED I WAS A LIL IRREGULAR BUT IT WAS AROUND HOLIDAYS WICH I ALSO PUT TO THE WEIGHT GAIN WENT TO DOC THINKONG WAS A KIDNEY STONE GOT THE KID INSTEAD I WAS NEVER PREGNANT BEFORE SO I HAD NO IDEA ONLY GAIN25 LBS

I was told I could not have children so the possibility of pregnancy was the last thing on my mind. I have never had a regular cycle so lack of any raised no suspicion.
After complaining of always being tired and my clothes getting a bit tight my boss joked I could be pregnant.
My husband and I bought the test as a laugh really, never once thinking it could be positive. When we found it was I sat laughing hysterically whilst my husband ran round the room looking for the ruler and blue pencil convinced it was an elaborate hoax.

I did, with my first child. I bled every month for the first 3 months. I only knew something was up when I missed a "period." When I finally saw a doctor I was 16 wks! No harm done, thankfully. My daughter is now a happy, healthy 10 yr old.

Yes. One of my good friends had an infant and was breast feeding her. She was also on weight watchers for nursing mothers and having a hard time loosing weight. She had not had a period since the birth of her daughter and found out she was pregnant with her son when she began to feel him move.

my friend got to giving birth without knowing she was pregnant! It DOES happen

my boyfriend's cousin, whom I've known all my life and is actually a little ditzy...went 6.5 months without knowing...she said she thought she was having her period, when she was just spotting...she's due any day now.

my mom did...she foudn out when she was almost 6 months---the doctor was mad at her...but she didnt gain weight or had any symptoms she only went it cuz she had a cold---and thats when they foudn out......she said she had a normal period----.
