Depends...female sterilization is usually 100%. There have been stories from tubal ligations coming undone, but I think the technology now has seriously reduced the chance of that happening.
Vasectomies are also close to 100%, depending on what type you get. There are some that just cut & cauterize the ends of the vas deferens, and there have been cases of the tube fusing back together. You can also have the ends cauterized and capped, which is a LOT more effective at keeping the tubes from fusing themselves back together. But it DOES take awhile for the vasectomy to fully kick in before he's really "shooting blanks," so you really need to be careful!
Overall, I'd say you've got a less than 1% chance of getting pregnant.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

It depends. If you are talking about a Vasectomy there is a "waiting period" that is a must before having unprotected sex or a pregnancy is very possible. If after that time then the chances are very very low. . . .almost non existent. If you are talking about a tubal ligation the chances are higher but not much. If you are talking about a hysterectomy then the chances are zero.

For a natural pregnancy its highly unlikely but never 100% ...there are some cases that people have become pregnant later.... minimal cases though...
For other methods eg; IVF the chances are the same as anyone else.....

male or female? if female, was the tubes just clipped or tied and sealed? it can happen! if male then not very likely (and costs over £2000 to get it reversed) but then again stranger things have happened
