Umm, my husband has zero complaints and I've had two children. There are times when it can still hurt during.

The vagina is a muscle and once stretched can return back to normal.

If you're really concerned try kegel exercises. It's like exersize for that area.

Kegels can also help with incontinence, which may be an issue after birthing.

Possibly not as tight as before giving birth. But it all goes back to normal. Kegel exercises are wonderful.

Everybody says you go right back to normal.well this is not really an answer i just dont think that it's possible to go right back.Wonder if we could get the doctor to put a couple extra stitches in there.LOL!
