I recently had a baby, and was given several bottles of baby oil in gift baskets. I don't use it for my baby ... what else can I use it for?

if we had intercourse on the 12th and i ovulated on the 15th, is it possible that my egg could have gotton fertilized? and if it did get fertilized, would it show up on an ultrasound on the 20?

I will be taking my son to the DR's this afternoon on an unscheduled visit (just called this morning to see if they could fit us in) and they could but our DR is off today and we will have to see the newer one in the practice which we have seen once before and did not particularly care for. What do I do if she suggests something for my son that I do not agree with? (problem being we are coming up on XMAS weekend and my son is getting something I can tell low grade fever 101.7, and he is really down ) so I called this morning and told them I do not want to end up in the ER over the weekend so maybe he should be seen to catch something before it gets too bad so what if she tells me its nothing and sends me away? I dont really trust her.

I'm really horrible at picking out Christmas presents for children. My niece is 8 years old and I was thinking about getting her a computer game b/c she's getting a computer for Christmas (very spoiled!). But I don't know what game. Also, my nephew is 6 and I have absolutely no idea what to get him!

I conceived my daughter at age 35 after 8 rounds of Clomid. I am 38 now and on my 6th round of Clomid ttc again. According to my bbt charts, I have been ovulating. My husband's sperm count is normal. I just went to a fertility specialist yesterday and he told me that he only recommends 3 rounds of Clomid before moving on to a more agressive approach. Because of my age, he recommends IVF. However, my insurance doesn't cover any infertility treatments. So, he gave me an option of trying Femara. I'm just wondering if anyone has switched from Clomid to Femara and had success conceiving? If so, how long did it take you to conceive on the Femara? Any personal experiences you can share would be helpful. Thank you.

Earlier I had asked how to deal with my 20 year old doing some crazy things, getting piercing in her tongue, lip, nose...also get her hair dyed and cut wearing a mowhawk.....also getting 7 tatooes on her back. My question is she is making me nuts! She lives at home (which is where I would rather her be), since I have to pay for things when she has lived on her own. My ex (her dad) talks to her a couple of times a year and lives 10 miles from us. So he is no help. She has made the comment that she does these things to irritate me which I don't understand. I pay her cell phone, bought her a car, pay her insurance, her money is her's to buy clothes and whatever. What I don't understand is she will do anything to disrespect me WHY? Also she threatens to move out if I have any issues with her........but I know that if she does it will cost me more money. So please don't say let her move and tough it out on her own.......because I can't let her be without a place to live or food.

im having a pelvic-transvaginal ultrasound. i was told to drink 32 oz. of water 45 mins before the exam. i have a very small bladder, will have to pee every 5 mins from drinking that much at once. will i be able to use the bathroom or will i have to hold it until the ultrasound is done?? if i have to hold it, how did any of you handle that?

My kids are 12 & 10. My ex and I are looking at options for daycare while they are tracked out of year-round school, one being letting them stay at home. My brother and I began staying home alone at this age, but I understand things are different these days. Are there any resources available to make that a feasable solution? Maybe installing a video camera with online access to monitor their activites?

I recently had a son and named him Brady Kole. I wanted to name him Sebastian Kole. Everyone told me that it was a horrible name and it reminded them of the little mermaid. I think my son looks like a Sebastian and I love the name. Next time I have a child I really would like to name him Sebastian. Do you think everyone was right and I did the right thing switching to Brady?

My son can pretty much support himself sitting with 1 small blanket infront of him to keep him from hitting his face on the plastic. He loves it actually he cant play with the toys yet but everytime we show him what to do he tries to.

I will be 17 weeks tomorrow and I have been getting quit constipated during pregnancy. I eat healthy drink water and this still happens..this may be TMI but when I go I have to puch so hard that I worry that I could hurt the baby. Is this even possible?? My period was the same as always for the first 4 days. But then instead of it ending on the 4th day I have been bleeding 7 days longer. The blood is now lighter darker in color and almost looks brown to me. As if the blood is old. Total I have been bleeding 10 days going on 11. Is this okay or should I go to the ER. I don't have insurance. Nothing changed in my diet, I'm 22 and have no kids although my husband and I are trying. I also don't use any form of BC. please help

I went to the doctors today, pt came back negative. tonight, i had some wierd jelly like discharge that had a pinkish tint, also clear with reddish, i dont know, kind of like strands in it. it hasnt come back. Im also cramping just a tiny bit, and my breast arent sore, but my nipples feel irritated. I dont know what to think about this. any opinions?

I am 5 mon. pregnant and it seems like everyone- even strangers will come up to me and tell me their awful experiences with their deliveries. This is my first pregnancy and so I have like no clue what to expect and with all these people telling me how awful things were for them it is just freaking me out. I am so nervous. Is labor really that bad?!

I am about a week late on my period but i did have a very very light pink discharge for about half an hour on the day I was due on. i have been going dizzy and light headed and my boobs have been very sore (worse than usual) but i have not felt sick. I have been gettin period like pains but there is no sign of coming on. Im reluctant to do a test because ive done many in the past and I dont really want to see another negative. and ive not been feelin sick so im not sure. Help!!! We had a death in the family very recently so im concerned that the stress could have caused this.
Ive been in a relationship for 5yrs an Im engaged. so a pregnancy would be a happy thing certainly, what could the period like pains be? (as you can prob tell I havent been pregnant before)
Im not saying that Im not going to take a test. I just dont want to take one too early and then come on the next day.

My son has been holding his bottle with assistance for a few weeks now and he sits with little assistance. Hes only 12 weeks old. He tries to pull himself to sitting when hes slighlty leaning in my arms or when i sit him on the couch leaning back.
