cheap or expensive if you compare the ingredients you will see that they all have the exxact same amount of vitamins and minerals. I buy the cheap one from Costco cause they are identical to Materna.

beware of all parental vitamins. DR's hand out free samples left and right. I read the back of them and p. vitamins don't have all the stuff compared to some of the over the counter vitamins. The reason why I know I sat down and read the labels! I was pretty disappointed and kept my one a day vitamin, all my babies are around 7 pounds 14 ounces

no they are not all created the same, some do contain more of certain vitamins and others may contain more of another vitamin or mineral. You want one that has a good amount of folic acid, calcium, iron and b vitamins. Good Luck. Your pharmacist can help guide you to the one that is right for you!

No, they are absolutely not the same. The quality and levels of nutrients varies massively.
The general rule would be, you get what you pay for.
Cheap vitamins are full of cheap ingredients that are hard for your body to absorb.

Every prenatal is different because some have extras of certain things.
I used One Source Prentals with my son because they have extra calcium in them (and I cant drink milk while pregnant...food adversion). But whichever you decide to use, you can also take Expecta with it...which is recommended by dr's now days anyway.

Actually, all are not the same, some have more folic acid, others have more "oils". If you haven't seen your doctor yet, anyone is good for you to start but eventually, your doctor will prescribe you one that is best for your age/history.

I asked my doctor the same thing. I have insurance so it doesnt matter what i get it is going to be cheap for me, so i told the doctor to give me the best. He said the ones at wal-mart are the same thing. There are things you can take with your vitimins everyday, but i cant remember what they were.
