Hello,
My eight year old has stained the tub yellow because she pees in the bathtub. What can I do to help her not do that.

Two part question. First, what is the exact definition of visitation rights. The mother of my child (1 month old) who recently married someone else (we were never married) hardly lets me hold my child when I come over, preferring to either keep the child to herself or pass her to her husband who, as she says, "is her family". I want to be able to have some level of care and bonding with my child, but basically what I am doing now is going to their house and sitting around with them for several hours a day, not allowed to take much of an active role. Second part, last night the mother asked me if I would like to put up my daughter for adoption to her new husband, stating it would be easier on me since they are thinking about moving out of state at some point. I want to be a part of my child's life, but don't feel it is fair to jettison my own life to follow them around wherever they go (we live in California). Can she just up and leave if I have visitation rights? Help.

Okay...what do you think? Here's my story. I went in to the doctors office on tuesday for a regular o.b. check up. My eleven week 4day check up to be exact. She could not hear a heart beat with the doppler. So she scheduled a sonogram for thursday. At the sonogram...they found a gestational sac that measured 7wks. Not 11. And what she "thought" might be a fetal pole that measured somewhat like 6 and 1/2 weeks. However she could not find a heart beat. She believes something is wrong. I assumed my baby is dead.So she calls up my doctor and tells her what she's seen and what she thinks etc. I went in to talk to my doctor yesterday afternoon. And she explained that i could either be experiencing a "molar pregnancy" or i'm off on my conception dates (which could be because my cycles are extremely irregular even though i was sure of my lmp.) Now i would think if it were a molar pregnancy there would be some visible lumpy tissue on the sonogram. Opinions please?

My boyfrind disiciplines that dog for pooping in the house. I do not like to see him do it b/c the dog is only 5lbs and he is very rough with her. My son who is 8 just voiced concern of his abuse to the dog while I am gone for the dog pooping last night. My son said he threw the dog all around, he was whining hence the reasons that poop was everywhere , which him and his siter had to clean up. I am sure my boyfriend went beyond spanking the dog with a newspaper. How do I confront him about his behavior w/o mentioning the fact that my child said something about his abuse to the dog. I have spoke with him before about hitting the dog. I recieved the dog who was being abused by his brother/ mother ie, allowed to poop and pee anywhere, spanked, tied up for extended times, hardley feed. I believe they were only wanting her b/c she's a miniture pincher for breeding. What to do with boyfrined and behavior and dog pooping?

I have many many symptoms of pregnancy. Period is late, increased vaginal discharge, sore breasts with the area around the nipple is getting slightly darker, i have nause, headaches, backaches and just a sore tired body. I have mild cramps in my lower abdomen but not like my period is going to come. Yet the HPT's have all been negative. Is there still a possibility that i'm pregnant or what else is going on?

I accidentally posted this in the wrong section...so I'm putting it here as well.

Although I haven't lost my period yet, I should be getting it in about 5 days to a week. I'm just curious if I could be displaying some symptoms before I find out whether I lost my period. I'm not freaking out too much, not until I've lost my period....just wondering what kind of symptoms you can get in about a week and a half...

I am from India. My wife is 8 months pregnant and as per her gynae she is low on amniotic fluid. Although her gynae has prescribed her an Amino Acid ARG-9 but it doesn't seems to be working well. I want to know is there any other remedy someone else has used under a similar situation in any other part of the world which has worked well. Also is low amniotic fluid harmful to the baby or the mom in anyways.

I work 7pm to 730 am in the morning. I get off and come home to go to sleep. I have three children ages 9, 8, and 2. My boyfriend and I have been together 7 years and the two year old is the child we share togethe. It seems as though every time I go to sleep he finds some reason to leave the house and leave the kids at home unattended. I woke up my kids were doing everything under the sun they should not be doing. Apparently according to my 9 y.o he has been gone now for about 4 hours. I have spoke to him about his behavior and he is still doing this. Isn't this neglect on his part? My boyfrined I am sure is playing playstation or at his sisters house he goes to today daily,but never the less, it is still wrong to leave the children home starving and unattended while I am asleep. What can I do to break him from this behavior ?

I'm 39 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Im due on Tuesd. Dec 19th. I have been fighting with husband thru my whole pregnancy off and on fighting. He hasnt gone out or disappeared on me, but lately he has been staying an hour or so with his buddy after work and Im almost due. Perhaps im asking for too much since he i salways home, im overwhelmed with everything that Im goign to have to face once this baby is born, and concern tht we migh tnot work things out and I would have to become a single parent.
