It depends on how far along you are... if you are less the 3 months pregnant then you shouldnt be taking sudafed. I'm 8 months and I've taken Robitussin DM.... I dont trust sudafed.... But you can ask your doctor or someone at the pharmacy to help you.

you should go to your doctor and ask. you shouldnt just take a medacine that people tell you to take on here!
