He hasnt gone out or disappeared on me, but lately he has been staying an hour or so with his buddy after work and Im almost due. Perhaps im asking for too much since he i salways home, im overwhelmed with everything that Im goign to have to face once this baby is born, and concern tht we migh tnot work things out and I would have to become a single parent. Please advice, perhaps you ve had similar situation?? Thanks!

I AM SURE HE IS JUST AS STRESSED AND SCARED OF THE NEW COMING BABY AS YOU ARE! EVEN IF HE'S NOT SHOWING IT- TRUST ME ON THIS ONE- HE IS VERY STRESSED! MAYBE THAT'S WHY YOU WERE FIGHTING MORE! HE ALSO HAS ALL THOSE THINGS TO THINK ABOUT AND PLAN ONCE THE BABY IS BORN! AND ANOTHER THING- IF HE WANTED TO LEAVE YOU, HE WOULD ALREADY HAVE DONE IT!!! EVERYTHING WILL BE OK, JUST TRY TO RELAX, SO YOU COULD HAVE ONE HEALTHY BABY AND EASY DELIVERANCE.

try to relax
take care of your mental as well as physical body

one day at a time
husband needs to unload with buddy
soon both your lives will not seem to be your own
but every minutel will be focused on the baby

even the best most stable relationships
question themselves
especially with a baby on the way

there's just no way
that any pregnancy is stress-free
no relationship is perfectly smooth

Can you go do something together
away from the house?
a movie
or anything?

Try to stop thinking
'what IFs'
in the negative
replace those with
'what IF's that are positive

what if baby has me so exhausted
and husband takes a day off
just to help me out
what if
I feel like a banshee
and husband says I'm the most beautiful face he's ever seen?

I'm not really sure what your question is, you sound worried that "Mr. Right" might become the "ExMr. Right". The fact that he spends an hour with his buddy doesn't make him a bad guy and with cell phones and what not, he should be easily reached if necessary. Sounds like your just going through that hormonal thing that guys just want to get a break from.

its happens, the best thing for you to do is to talk to him. don't cry or yell but sit down with him and have a heart to heart. don't blame him for everything take some of the fault for yourself. listen and make him listen to you. think about what you want to say to him and stick with it. good luck
