When I am real stressed I also miss periods. If all of your tests were negative than I would not worry about it.

I would #1: buy a home pregnancy test at your local store (EPT-ErrorProofTest or first response) and then I would #2: follow up with seeing your doctor or gynecologist. You are probably just late for your period if you have been stressed a lot. I would take a home pregnancy test to start with. First response detects pregnancy sooner than EPT. Has it been at least four weeks since your last menstrual cycle?

Stress makes you late.
Being late causes stress.
It's a vicious circle.
But if you've taken three tests and they all say you're not pregnant, you need to relax and stop stressing out about it.
If you're still concerned, go to your OB/GYN and ask them to draw blood for a pregnancy test - it will be far more definitive than a HPT.

this is conceivable that it ought to easily be intestinal moves, gasoline. i may also inform you, as i became informed by using my gyn some yrs in the past when I stumbled on myself pregnant with twins 8 yrs after a tubal ligation (I miscarried), that if the Dr. who did the tubal ligation used the incorrect thread for the suture at the same time as reducing and sealing the tubes that those sutures give way with time subsequently making it conceivable to grow to be pregnant. also, if the tubes weren't burnt, it ought to also ensue down the line. If the being pregnant checks (urine and/or blood) are coming back adverse, I propose an ultrasound.
