It's just your bodies way of saying that there's something new going on, don't forget about it!

It's totally normal, it should subside in the second tri, but may come back in the 3rd, when your belly is so big you have to lean backwards!! LOL If it gets to the pount to where you an't hardly stand it, get a heating pad and sleep on it, but make sure it's on low. You don't want to boil the baby(yes it CAN happen), or get some of those portable heating pads to wear during the day! I've used them for menstral cramps, and they work great!!! So they would work for back pain, that's what they were made for right? LOL duh to me!!

The back pain usually gets easier with the more kids you have. Along with everything else!

Hi,
I have back pain at the bottom just above my backside lol. It aches if I stand about but is not that bad when I'm walking it is also bad when I sit down for too long. If it is that bad i get on the floor on my hands and knees and stick backside in the air, believe me you look funny but it really helps.

Nice warm baths, hot chocolate and hubby rubbing it works too.

Good luck

Walk, walk, walk.... That's what I did and it helped my back.... and if you walk a lot during pregnancy it'll help with delivery... worked like a charm for me. Or... warm baths, hot water bottles, mine always hurt when I washed dishes.. standing killed it.... but walking did deff. help :)

if it is not with belly pain ( bad pain ) and no bleeding , do not worry but make sure your Dr knows about it

Stay active, keep walking, wear good shoes, swim if and when you can.
