Life is tough, you didn't ask to be born.

So why do people have kids? Is it a selfish need to have a toy, a trophie, boredom?

I don't get why people want kids so much when they are a burden, and take so much personal sacrifice to raise them right?

I was just put on zofran because I have been so sick with my 3rd pregnancy. Can anyone tell me their expierences being on zofran while pregnant. Did it have any side effects? And did it work for you? Thanks!

i am 22 weeks pregnant and have a very sore throat, i will be unable to see my doc until they are opened on monday, apart from paracetamol to keep my temp down can anyone suggest anything to help my sore throat? ive heard gargling salt water can help , is this actually true and how safe is it when pregnant?

for those who're parents who allow your kids to say "Duuh" when they're asked a question- *Why* do you allow that?

I think in recent years, it's been "cool" to say it & generally accepted, but I happen to think it is Such a rude, disrespectful thing to say to adults.

They have become very good at going #1 on the potty, even in public places (which was a huge obstacle.) However no matter how I try, I cannot get them to even try to go #2. I have tried the reward system, putting up prize posters where they can put up stickers and the like to win a "prize," having nice conversations with them, and of course I have had moments in my frustration with it where I get angry and lecture them. They do not wear pull-ups during the day time, however they wear them at night. Generally they only go #2 once they are in their pull-ups at night. My fear is, if I get rid of the pull-ups at night, they will go #2 in their underwear and it will get inside their pajamas and you know what kind of mess we would be talking about then. I am open to suggestions. Help!!

I dont do any drugs nor do i drink alcohol. My husband has been on and off from the Crack, he is trying to quit but he relapses. Should i be worried about my unborn child. I know that if the mother smokes crack while pregnant, that is harmful. But is there anything in the sperm? Is there any chances for birth defects ? Im very concerened. Because I am so young and I am pregnant I might not be look at as a very responsible person right now. I do agree that i wasnt, but since I am pregnant I do believe I should take responsiblity. I dropped out of school and I am planning on getting my GED and for now I got a job as a secretary in a small company I make $10 an hour, I know rising a child is expensive and that my teenage life is gone but it is something that I am whiling to scrafice for this child. My boyfriend is way older and wants the child which helps. I'm only a month but i started putting money in the bank for the baby because i was heavy spender and i suppose that having money saved up will help with the care of the baby after its born. I'm open to to any suggestions of ways of preparing for this baby and also I really need help on ways of breaking it to my mom

What Can This Be?
I got my last period on nov. 16-21. had sex on nov. 22,23,26,29 dec. 2,3,5.
I was ovulating on dec. 3 and 5.
But on dec. 4 at 11:00 pm i went to the bathroom, there was a dark clot of blood on toilet paper, the size of a penny. i didnt have no pain. only one clot of blood.i only see blood when i am on period. When i touch nipples they hurt. My period is suppose to start on either dec. 13 , 14, 15, or 16. What Was The Clot Of Blood From? and Could I Be Pregnant???

I've tried the silicone ones but my son hates them and it seems to me that they let the milk out much faster and he gags and gets a lot of gas from them. I am replacing the rubber ones constantly (like once a month at least) because they break down or get discolored or sticky... how do I preserve them so they don't need replaced so often?

The name will be for one of my twin nieces who will be born in February. Her sister's name will be Georgia Rose. They love the name Ruby but can't think of anything to go with it. the name can be either a first or middle name, so they've recruited family and friends to come up with names.
