I'm 13 and i still have a bedtime. don't you think this is crap. my 7 year old brother goes to bed at 8:15 every night and they only let me stay up to 8:45 at night. if its a bath night sometimes they put me to bed at the same time as my brother. on weekends they let me stay up to 10.

Does anyone else think this is unfair?

My baby had awful projectile vomiting with regular milk base Similac. After trying it twice, the doctor said to switch to SOY. I have heard something about a link to peanut allergies in babies that were fed Soy Formula. Does anyone have any reputable infomation on this?

I had good luck with the Nestle Good Start Soy and have stocked up on it...

And for those who want to bash formula feeders... I breastfed exclusively until I returned to work this week. I AM pumping when I can at work, but wanted the babysitter to be able to supplement with formula in the event that she feeds him all the breastmilk I gave her and he still wants more. He eats more some days than others. And i don't see anything wrong with giving a baby some baby formula....

If you were pregnant and you didnt know it and took the Morning after pill, would it Kill the baby or is the pill only effective in preventing? Just a curious question.Please dont be rude. Just one of the many things I wonder about.....TIA!

I just had a baby 5 months ago. I gained 50 lbs from all that. I got myself back down to 134 lbs and Im 5'4. I was at 128 lbs before I had him, but I still feel like Im overweight... what do you think?

I've tried every kind of juice. I even give her raisins. She drinks plenty of water. That's pretty much all she drinks but still everyday she suffers from not being able to use the bathroom. She is 20 months old and currently has a fever of about 101. Could the constipation be causing her fever? She usually poops everyday but still has problems in doing it. It hurts her so bad and she pushes for most of the day. What else can I do to help her? Is there any medication that I can give her. I can't schedule an appointment with a doctor because we just moved to a new city and they won't see her for more than a week. What can I do?

I want this pregnancy to over with really bad!! i never sleep, i have emense pressure in my pelvic area and ive been contracting a little bit. Do you have any advice on how to speed this pregnancy up and to start contractions? I want this baby out of me!! Someone please help!

He is almost 22 months old, we live in Texas so it's not part of his normal attire but it does sometimes get cold enough to need one but he refuses. This has happened w/ other things and as long as I let him choose or make a big deal about it (shoes for example), it's always worked. I'm not having any luck w/ that approach this time, I've tried letting him choose, showing him that everyone else is wearing their coats, putting it over my shoulders and telling him "mommy is going to wear it then", and I even took him to the store to let him pick out a different one but he just said no and cried as soon as he saw it. Has anyone else ever had this problem and, if so, how did you solve it? Thanks in advance!

My doctor is really stupid. okay so i go in for my check up and i'm 13 years old so i had my mom come in and my younger brother. the nurse tells me to just keep my boxers and tshirt on. i sit there for like 30 minutes and the doctor finally comes in. we do the normal stuff like check my heart, ears and stuff and my mom starts talking about puberty with the doctor.

Anyway after my mom stops talking the doctor tells me to lay down on the table so i do this. then all the sudden he pulls my boxers down to my knees. i ask if my mom and brother can leave and he said no they need to see what he's doing. anyway after he was done he just leaves me there with my boxers off and then says to my mom that i probably still have like 2 years until i show any signs of hitting puberty.

during this time my stupid 7 year old brother is like staring at me. after he got done with my mom he is like okay you can put your clothes on now. Is this bull crap or what?

11 days ago which was day 11 of my cycle me and my fiance were having sex, we always use protection b/c im not on any method of bc. the condom broke , we stopped imediately and changed it, he had already **** 3 times that night and he said he wasnt about to *** when it broke. but does pre *** still come after the first one??? please tell me that it isnt very likely that im pregnant. or is it?

I am currently a stay at home mom with 4 children, 6,4,2, and 1...sometimes I get so overwhelmed with the house that I don't know what to do! My children have plenty of toys, but yet when I start on a project in one room, they are in there right behind me undoing what I do get done. If I put up a gate, they're standing there crying and shocked that I have made a room off limits, so ofcourse I feel bad and let them in. I graduated from college, (RN: ), and while going through school I had to let some things go. My husband works afternoons, so he's not much help, mostly a hinderance lol. But now I'm taking some time off so I can get organized and I feel like I've haven't got anything accomplished. My 2 year old loves dumping popcorn, cereal, chips, etc in the floor, drinks are another favorite, my 1 year old is right there with him enjoying the fun! I love my children very much, but how do I combat this problem while still making them happy

Well, this is how it goes.

this girl i set next to likes me. we are nice to each other and is one of my good friends. then recently she is coming on to me and asking me stuff like "who do u like?". and i keep on blowing her off and not telling her. and she is always talking about me to her friend and always smiles at me. and looks at me alot and when i turn around she just smiles.but i dont like this girl and she likes me.

so my question is how do i tel this girl i dont love her and stay friends with her (i like someone else).

i want to be friends with her cause she sits next to me in mostly all of my classes and it will be akward.

and i dont like her cause she isn't my type. and im 13 and she is 14 and like 2 foot taller than me.

My daughter is 3 1/2 months old usually she sleeps a straight 6 hrs through the night but on Tuesday night she slept 9 hrs straight and then on Wed, and Thurs night she woke up every 3 hrs for a feeding. So my question is what might cause this? She is not running a fever or ill.

Anyone have weird cravings right now? I have been craving peppermint. and it has been going on since way before the holidays. There is this brand of icecream that is peppermint flavored and its a gross pepto bismal color, but I like eating it with bananas and chocolate syrup. I don't think I would have ever done this before being pregnant. I'm not normally a big icecream eater either. Just wondering what anyone elses cravings were.

I know a woman who has a 7 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. The children sleep in the same bed every night, naked. Not a stitch, not even underpants. Two nights ago I stopped by and they were already in bed. On my way to the bathroom I passed the bedroom and (in the words I overheard spoken by the children) they were taking turns "riding" each other. I am horrified and totally freaked out. The mom says we are born naked and being naked is natural. What do I do? Is this illegal or abusive or just creepy? Help!

I put my daughter down for a nap, and went back about fifteen minutes later to check on her, and she had her doll up kissing her on the mouth. And I'm not talking about the "Good night, baby doll" kissing, either. I didn't say anything, just told her to go to sleep. I don't want to yell at her, but I feel like i should've said SOMETHING.

And for the record, she doesn't see that stuff when she's with me, and she don't watch it on TV, either. Also, lately, she has an obsession with "naked." That's her favorite thing. Am I freaking out, or is this normal 4 year old behavior?
