My doctor is really stupid. okay so i go in for my check up and i'm 13 years old so i had my mom come in and my younger brother. the nurse tells me to just keep my boxers and tshirt on. i sit there for like 30 minutes and the doctor finally comes in. we do the normal stuff like check my heart, ears and stuff and my mom starts talking about puberty with the doctor.
Anyway after my mom stops talking the doctor tells me to lay down on the table so i do this. then all the sudden he pulls my boxers down to my knees. i ask if my mom and brother can leave and he said no they need to see what he's doing. anyway after he was done he just leaves me there with my boxers off and then says to my mom that i probably still have like 2 years until i show any signs of hitting puberty.
during this time my stupid 7 year old brother is like staring at me. after he got done with my mom he is like okay you can put your clothes on now. Is this bull crap or what?

He should have just sent your mom out in the hall or something. That is what my doctor does anyway. It's invading your privacy. It is bull crap. I'm thirteen, too. I hate it when doctors do that!!! Especially like three years ago when my dad was with me! Ugghh!

that was totally wrong and at 13 you have the right to discuss things with your doctor without your parents in the room, let alone your 7 year old brother. Besides if you had a sister and your dad took her to the doctor, they would ask him to leave, so whats the difference here?
I would tell your mom how you feel, or maybe your dad and see what can be done so that it doesn't happen again.
I am sure it was embarassing, but remember she is your mother and she doesn't care what you look like naked, she just wants to make sure you are doing alright. It was still wrong what the dr. did though.

No it's not bull crap. It's a simple thing that needed to be done to check if you hit puberty yet. Your doctor had every right to do that since your mother asked, and your brother is just being immature, so ignore him.

Well, the dr told your mom to stay to protect himself. It was dumb of him not to take a nurse in instead of doing that in front of your mom but you little bro? It's normal for a dr to do that kind of sh*t. Next time tell your mom that you would like to go in alone and she can talk to the dr afterwards about whatever she feels like. That sucks!! I don't see another couple of yrs. Guys usually start at about 13 then finish off at about 15 or 16.

Well I dont know what the deal is,even if its true or not(sorry but some ppl do put stupid made up stuff like this)In my opinion it should be illegal......and why must the mom see,its not like the doctors a freak.If you feel this has scared you and cant get it off your mind,see if you can find legal options.

your parents have serious letting go of they're baby issues. no doctor needs to look at a guy's balls to see if they're going through puberty. also, think about it, have you been listening to your parents and obeying they're every rule and command all your life? It's time for some independance. and if your parents ask, say it's normal for hormones to freak out, it's part of puberty and if they take you to some ******* doctor again that you'll run away to some parents who LET you grow up. damn..

Hey, I know what it is like to be embarrassed by the doctor. You are a young teenager and you have your own voice. I would tell your mom you want a new Doctor. And that is that!

it was wrong for him to do it with out telling but its not wrong that ur mom and brother stayed. you shouldnt stay alone with a doctor if your under laughing gas or your that young. in a health class i learned that doctors have done things they werent suppost to do.. im sure you know what i mean. you could have just told them to turn around and face a wall or something

so you are thirteen years old and the doctor made you stand up while your mom and brother are in the room and your hot dog was out. wowowowow. that is rrreeaally meessed up. wow. espically when you said "your junk" is the same size as your 7 year old brothers and im just guessing his isnt that big. that is gross and wrong. ugh
