It's my experience that just when you think "WHEW! A pattern!!" it's gone. As long as she's healthy, I wouldn't worry at all. There is no predicting those little rascals! Good luck and I hope you get some more sleep here in the future!

I'm no medical professional, however you sound hyperactive. Drink espresso earlier than mattress. Yes espresso is meant to hold you wide awake / make you hyper. Well if you are already hyper it may well act as a supressant. It would suppress your napping dependancy. Alternatively horrible although it'll sounds is be strapped in for your pyjamas or anything like a strait jacket. You sound such as you sleep uneasy, and this will also be knowledgeable out with outside restraint. Try it it will not do any harm however be certain any one is watching out for you incase you roll away from bed in a heap - positioned pillows across the mattress at the ground :D I woud additionally propose recreation which makes you sweat - eg monitor strolling or weight lifting... recreation is helping set off a well sleep sample too. At least each and every different day - even supposing you are aching from the earlier. Your frame and brain might be too exhausted to shuffle approximately or stay hyperactive. The espresso is just a speedy repair - you want a way of life difference as a way to on the whole have probably the most dramatic results upon your uncomfortable napping dependancy.

It could be a growth spurt! Mine did the same thing at 3 months, slept like a rock and then all of a sudden woke up constantly and was starving each time. He settled back into a longer 6hr pattern after 4-5 days of that behavior.

This is very normal for a newborn. Babies are considered newborns until they are one. It sounds like to me she is going through a growth spurt. I bet the next dr vist you have she will have gained some weight. Congratulations on your new additon. In time she will sleep through the night and will not feed as often during the night. I have had 6 children and lots of baby experience.

She is probably just getting her sleeping pattern down. They will sleep longer at night sometimes. I would just be happy that she is sleeping 6 hours a night. Dont think anything is wrong with her. Have you checked her gums? They can get teeth now. My 6 year old had teeth at 2 months.

Don't worry, everything is OK with your baby. They will be always different every day.
My son does the same - sometimes he sleeps 7 hours straight, some other nights I have to breastfeed him twice...
Don't try to make a schedule for your baby, just enjoy!

She is growing so quickly that her body is different every day ; there for her needs are different everyday. Are you hungry the same time everyday? Babies aren't usually on a schedule until maybe 6 months old. Just keep up with her needs; she will let you know.

sometimes they go through a growth spurt, and really need the extra chow. sometimes they just want to be held. I for one do not keep the same sleep schedule (and it's not always because of my child) sometimes I need more sleep and sometimes I need less.
