My husband and I have been married for 6 months and want to have a baby. I havent been on any birth control and havent taken any steps to prevent it, how long should we, "wait and see", before going to the dr and seeing if we have a problem. Also, is there anything that can help us get pregnant? Preferably natural things.

All the books I have on babies say she should learn to "feed herself a cracker" this month. What kind of crackers should I let her try?

My daughter is 10 years old, she always makes straight A's in school, does her chores, never talks back, and very respectful to authority and adults. She recently got a detention from laughing out loud in class. She does have a rather big mouth!! Should I punish her for this, and if so, how do you punish a child who hardly never does anything wrong?

The school sends a note home wednesday about the Christmas program on Dec 12. Im excited, its our first such event. Then today the school sends a note home stating parents are not invited because of "space restriction and legal occupancy limit". I dont understand why there is a Christmas program when parents arent allowed? Why disrupt 2 days of school (practice Mon and no AM kindergarden Tues just PM hours for the program) for the school to get their jollies? Is this normal?

I have to admit, Im ticked. I really want to call the school and in a nice way say WTF. I really need advice. Thanks in advance.

My best friend is a stay at home mom with a 2 1/2 year old and a baby on the way. I want to get her something for christmas that she can use to make her day easier but I don't have kids so I wouldn't know what she needs. I'll take any suggestions. Thanks!

My daughter is 18 months old. She gets angry driving in the car for too long or when she is in the car and is hungry or tired. Also shet gets mad if I make her sit the entire dinner with us in her highchair since she eats so fast, she is usally done before us. She also gets frustrated if she is in her crib and not asleep yet. She gags herself (with her own finger) until she pukes. I am not going to let her sleep/sit in puke so I can't just leave her there.
Her doctor laughed at me and said "hahahaha she is starting young, don't worry about it she'll get over it."
I can't take the kind of answer, it is just not good enough for me...what do I do?

okay, my boyfriend and i were having sex, we were trying a new way [doggy-style] and it was very dry. suddenly, it got easier. when he pulled out, the condom had broken. i had just gotten off my period the day before, i usually have a 30 day cycle, and the come actually came out of my body. then, when i got home, i washed it thoroughly. since my periods are seldom irregular, and i had just gotten off my period, what are the chances of me being pregnant?

oh and, i heard drinking bleach [diluted by water, of course] was just as affective as the morning after pill. is this true?

Something affordable. There are 20. I would prefer to stay away from food.
Also I am looking for a gift to his teacher because she is a really great teacher. I'm just not sure what to give a teacher. We don't know eachother any more than a few words.

Thanks so much!

This is a re-post, got 2 answers B4, want more. I'm Taking a test today, but it may be too early, so if it's neg, going to take one in two days, and then one more time. Points are awarded for creativity and accuracy.

I miscarried at 6 weeks a couple of months ago, and since then all periods have felt like miscarraiges. Last month, I started the pill (Ortho Trycyclen-low) but didn't start the pack this month because of the nasty side effects I was getting before. My period was light, short, timely, and induced by sex, but just as painful. Thought I was pregnant, interestingly enough I got a faint positive that happend an hour after the time limit before my period, but later tests said no.

This month, I'm on CD 25, either ovulated on day 12 or 16 so I'm either 13 or 9 DPO. I've had light cramping, bloating, gas, FATIGUE, tiny bit of nausea, a cold, somewhat sensetive nips, and a that dark line on my tummy. I had it right away last time I was pg but I'm not sure if it's from the first

One of these idiot kids at my sons pre-school is daily trying to convince my son that Santa Claus is not real.

He told my son( 4yrs old ) that all those presents marked from Santa are really from mom and dad and he even went as far as to tell him that it has to be his mom or dad that are eating the cookies and drinking gthe milk that he leaves for Santa.

Any suggestions as to ways to help make him believe again?
I have told him that the kid in his class might have been a bad boy and that Santa doesnt vist bad kids but not sure if he bought it.
