I'm a guy, but i don't see any problem with that. I'm 12, in 7th grade and dating an 8th grader. I know that's not the same (only if you're a freshman) but don't listen to the people that say girls mature faster. It really is only physical maturing, and most guys learn to be responsible the hard way.
I wake up at 4:00, make my bed, take the trash out, make coffee for my mom, and do the dishes in the morning. I have to say, most of the people that I've heard girls say are cute, are the irresponsible ones. (not saying your bf is irresponsibe)

I am 29 and dating a guy who is 25. At first I was concerned because I have 2 kids and wasnt sure if he was ready for the responsiblity but he has proven me wrong. He is a wonderful man and I woulnt trade him for an older guy for anything. When I was in high school I dated a guy who was younger and it was a great relationship.

Not during High School! Girls mature MUCH faster then boys. A boys at the maturity level of a girl two or three years younger then them during Middle School/ High School years (there are exceptions, but for the most part.)
I would say, no, its not ok.
Once your in college, thats perfectly normal, but not any younger.
Wait until he's in HS with you, at least.

I give you a guy opinion. I have always been among the youngest in all my classes and within my friends during all highschool, in fact only a few girls would go out with me because my age was an important factor for them but the only ones i dates at that time (2,3,4 years older for most of them) were the only girls who would only listen to their heart and their feelings but not their girl friends.. As a matter of fact i always was in trouble with all the friends of my girlfriends cuz i knew they were talking **** about me in my back

no cause i am in hs and i know if you dated some one in like middle school they would say your desperate wait till he is at least a freshmann!!!!

do you like him?
is he mature enough to handle a relationship?
are you friends OK with him?...who cares what they think!
