My best friend is a stay at home mom with a 2 1/2 year old and a baby on the way. I want to get her something for christmas that she can use to make her day easier but I don't have kids so I wouldn't know what she needs. I'll take any suggestions. Thanks!

I have 18 month old twins. I don't really know of anything that she would need other than time for herself. What ever you decide to get her/ or do for her, make sure that it's all about her. It's easy to lose yourself when you devote all your time to your kids.

Day at the spa, babysit for free, anything where she feels appreciated.

I am a stay at home mom of a 2 yr. old (he'll be 3 this month) a 16 month old and just found out baby number 3 is on the way. This is a very hard question to answer because it depends on what she has already and what kind of mom she is. Why don't you ask her what she could use?
If you don't want to give the surprise away then I would suggest a swing for the new baby or a baby carrier that can be strapped onto her chest so she can carry the baby while doing things around the house. Also she will definitely need a double stroller. Hope this helps!

I'm a stay at home mom with a 6 year old in kindergarten, a 4 year old, 3 year old twins and a 17 month old. On top of that, running a daycare out of my home. The forementioned spa package was an amazing idea. What a great stress reliever. Or a gift certificate for dinner somewhere because the last thing I want to do is cook a meal after a hard day.

I am a stay at home mom of two a 3 year old and a 1 1/2 year old. I would love to have someone watch my children just so I can take a long hot bath without getting interupted. Give her a bath set with bubble bath, body wash, candles, and give her a couple of home made coupons for free baby sitting while she pampers herself. You could also give her some fingernail polish so she can polish her finger and toe nails. I think she would love to have a day where she can pamper herself. I know I would.

Hope that this helps you.

Get her a gift card for a maid service, or one of those cooking places where you go and make 12 meals in an hour to freeze. Make her a coupon book for free babysitting, house cleaning, etc. She gives you a coupon, you do what it says, no questions asked. enrol the 2.5 year old in a gymboree class or a park district class and take her to it so the mom can have some time with the new baby. Get her the books from the super nanny.

I am also a SAHM with a 2 1/2 year old and a baby on the way. I would want gift certificates for takeout (pizza or any restaurant that does take out) or a maid service. I don't know how much the maid service costs and if that's in your price range.

I am a SAHM of a 3 year old and prego with #2. Give her some home made coupons to watch her child for an hour a few days a week so she can take a nap. That's what I would want!

I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I'd personally love one of those new circular robotic vacums. Some of my friends have them and they are a great time saver.
Another suggestion, I spend most of my $$$ on my children and don't buy things like expensive bath gels and perfumes any more.
I also don't go to the salon anymore.
Suggestion, your best friend would love a gift certificate to a
nice day spa. Include a handmade note promiseing to babysit her children while she has some much needed time to herself.
She will love you forever.

I'm in the same boat. I was due a few days ago and I have a 2 and a half year old. What I asked for was a wagon if you chec out toys r us they have some with seats and straps to keep the kids fastened in. Where I live with snow and all we won't be able to use it for awhile but I think that would be a great gift.

My sister is a stay at home mother with twins...
Best gift would be a certificate for a store so she can pick up last minute things when needed.
Also to offer to help one a week with getting, bath times, stuff like that.
