We want something safe and comfy for both baby & parent.

My baby is 2 1/2 months old , He has all the signs of a teething baby. He is drooling, constantly biting in his hands, he has been very fussy (he normaly isn't) and when he is fussing if I pit my pinky finger in his mouth he will chew on it and stop crying. I asked the doctor she said that a baby won't start untill at least 5 months. Does anyone know if it is possible at this age or is the doc right. thanks.

ok so i find out i am pregnant and then i have some horrible stomach cramps.....now i no longer have nauseousness in the morning( none what so ever)....there is no bleeding but could it be a miscarriage

Anyone have any suggestions, We are not wealthy and cannot afford to pay an agency. However our greatest desire is to have a child to raise as our own. We cannot have children but could give a child a lot of love and a pretty good life.

It was 5 years before they were born, and he has been "rehabilatated". The kids are not allowed to see him, but he still sends Christmas presents and Birthdays presents. Should I send them back becuase I don't let him see the kids, or let the kids keep the presents because they are not mine to send back?

So I was due yesterday, I've asked so many questions; I tested high on the blood sugar tests both 1 and 3 hour, I see spots in front of my eyes, severe chest pains, extremely bad waves of back pain and I'm 100% effaced. This is all that they have told me and when I ask questions I get told "don't worry, its perfectly normal."

If its perfectly normal then why are my instincts screaming at me to do something different. I instincts are screaming at me to go to another doctor but is it to late? Should I just go in to the ER? I'm extremely worried. Yes this is my first child and my due date wasnt off. In fact I might be more than a week late because of the size of the baby.

I am just extremely worried and nervous, thanks for putting up with me!

she is having a hard time at school and at home she is all over the place, she won't even try to sound out a word and if she does she wont remember it 5 min latter. when i took her to the dr she scored 18 of 19 on the conners quick test. help is there good med's or any other opion to the problem?

My example is the name Persephone. For years I pronounced it as perse a phone. Well, then I learnt it was pronounced as:
per sef oh nee.
Another is Hermione which I called her moin. Well now I know it's her my oh nee.
Now I like both names.

Today I went in for my first pre-natal appt. I should have been 9 weeks and 4 days counting from the first day of my last period, which was Sept. 25. The ultrasound showed I was only 5 weeks 4 days with gestational sac, yolk sac, and fetal pole that looked normal, yet no heart beat. The doc. sechuldeuled another appt. for next week. She said either my body absorbed the first pregnancy and I got pregnant again or the pregnancy isn't viable and I would have to go in on Friday and take some pill to get rid of the what’s there. My question is has this happened to anybody else? If I was 9 weeks and 4 days wouldn't there be some abnormality shown in the ultrasound? Is it possible my body absorbed the first pregnancy and I got pregnant again, not knowing? And If I go back for an ultrasound in 1 week will they see a heartbeat?
I'm so scared I was crying the entire time. I'm confused b/ since I found out I was pregnant in end of Oct. I have had all the symptoms.

I have an old Graco jogging stroller, but it's not comfy enough to push it and jog at the same time. Doesn't there exist a jogging stroller that is designed to run with? That is, one that can be steered without pressing down and that has adjustable handle positions? Or is running with a baby really not a realistic idea, and any exercise I get is going to be marginal anyways?

My friend has a child with someone whom she has never married. However, his parents (the child's grandparents) wants to take them to court for custody over the child. The mother does not work but has full support from her mother. The father of the child is working and they buy all the things the baby needs. Is there any way that the grandparents could take the child from the mother?? Please advise.

Does anyone know what kind of compensation the birthmother gets in adoption, I noticed that people trying to adopt pay alot but does the money go to the birthmother to help with things or does the birthmother just give them the child and the money goes to the agency?
