it's very possible but unlikely. i wouldn't worry about it too much, but of course you can't control your worries can you?

first of all how far along are you? Second how long did the belly hurt? Because for all you know maybe you had a stomach bug or ate something that didn't agree with. My ob said that some people may never even get symptoms other that a missed period. I never had real morning sickness. He also said that morning sickness can actually come at anytime during pregnancy. My friend only had morning sickness from 8 wks to 11 wks. I wouldn't expect a miscarriage until either your bleeding heavily and your doctor tells you. Believe I have been there twice and you will know when it happens.

i doubt its a miscarriage. Usually at the beginning of every pregnancy you get a little cramping. nausa usually goes away in time anyway. If your cramps are very unbearable and are constant, I would consider going to see your OBGYN. You can never be to cautious when it comes to pregnancy. Besides you know your body if you feel there is something wrong please go get checked. Good luck

Miscarriages are painful at times, and involve heavy bleeding, sometimes with blood clots. Spotting or light bleeding is normal in the early stages of pregnancy, but if they become heavy, painful, or you see clots, call your Dr or go to the ER.

cramps are common during pregnancy and nausea will come and go any time during the day (some women never get nauseous at all), if you misscarry you will bleed...but you need to go to the doctor if you think you are miscarrying because if you dont get a D&C you can get an infection which can be fatal

Morning sickness doesn't last the whole pregnancy.
I would suggest going to the doctors though to let them know about the cramps and such. You never can be too cautious.

i think cramps are normal during the first few months. i had them.. and i am 13 weeks now. i think it's because the uterus is growing, but i'm not too sure about that. i googled pregnancy symptoms before i found out, and one of them said that cramps was one of them. i seriously thought i was going to start my period, but no... i was pregnant! :D
