Thanks for the answers. I guess, I would warm it with hot tap water, as I am not very comfortable with Microwave

If you are warming it in a bottle or sippy cup I would warm it in a tub of hot or boiled water.
Do not heat it in the can.
Pediasure is soy based so it shouldn't curdle.

I know room temp is safe, that's how my doctor recommend it and I have friends who give it to their kids at room temp. I have no idea about warming it. You should beable to get room temp in the health department at a local store (or baby department sometimes). I buy ours from wal mart and it's in the health part (of the health and beauty) and it's never refridgerated, just in a pack on the shelves. I always chill it though because it tastes nasty at room temp, and my daughter doesn't mind.

Buy the individual bottles 4 in a pack(enough for 1 serving(gerber electrolites or store brand)..That way you only have 1 little bottle open instead of the big bottle which after opening you have to refrigerate.. You can keep the small bottles in the cabinet for next time.. or freeze in dixie cups for an icee type thingee

I give my almost three year old daughter,Pediasure too.
Every day, because she is very thin.
I don't warm it up for her at all.
She usually takes it room temp,or cold. But we live in Florida though...so cold pediasure is more delisious for HER.
Just give it warm temp, don't warm it up,that might be grose!?

Stick it a sink of hot water for awhile. I'm not sure if you can microwave it, but if you can then go for that.
