Absolutely! Both of my children got rashes on their cheeks (on their faces and their bottoms). Their doctor also told me that the cold-like symptoms that my daughter suffered through was actually the result of teething - usually when more than one tooth comes in at once.

Yes, the combination of a fever and the drooling can leave a rash or dry chapped cheeks. Teething can also cause diaper rash, so watch for that too.

Now this is just a guess but probably because the teeth are coming through the gums beside the cheeks and the cheeks are probably red for the swelling of the comes or the teeth coming out. But just in case you should put some cream on them and get a doctor to check it out.

Yes a rash on the cheeks is common while teething. So is a diaper rash as well.

Yes and this happens often when they have a runny nose too, kids like to wipe the snot across their face. A little vaseline on the cheeks will clear it up.

Yes- so red that he looked like he had severe sunburn-keep giving him paracetamol for children; it helps keep the swelling/redness/temp down. And it happened every time he had teeth coming thru!

YES! WHEN MY SON WAS TEETHING HIS CHEEKS WOULD GET SO RED. I WAS CONCERNED SO I ASKED HIS DAYCARE TEACHER AND SHE SAID HER DAUGHTER ALSO GOT LIKE THIS WHEN SHE WAS TEETHING. I WOULD NOT BE TOO ALARMED WITH IT. IF SHE STARTS TO SCRATCH IT OR SUCH YOU MIGHT WANT TO CALL THE DOCTOR. OTHERWISE I THINK IT IS NORMAL.
