Most Filipino girl names are Spanish, especially in the main cities and provinces. Some Spanish names are nice...

There are some of course that aren't. My personal favorite is Mayumi, a Tagalog word for pretty (I think). I also like Amihan (a name of one of the three monsoon winds). Fatima is a Muslim name that's nice. What about Sita? Or Hiraya/Haraya, "Raya" for short (meaning consciousness or spirit)? Dalisay means pure. Hiyas means jewel. Sinag means ray of sunshine. I think they're all sweet-sounding.

That's what I found in the net - only for a girl, as you wished:
Anak - child
Corazon - heart
Huyla - July
Julita - youth
Maganda - pretty
Malaya - free; freedom
Marikit - beautiful
Masaya - happy
Pag-ibig - love
Umpisa - beginning
Dalisay
Mayumi
Liwayway
Luningning - brilliance

Try this page too. There's one problem with it - it doesn't say which names are male and which female. But, when you're not Filipino, in present times...:

This page looks promising too:
