we have tried everything! she doesn't drink extra at night or anything like that and we finally decided that pull-ups were only going to be a crutch and that she would never learn but she is still wetting the bed almost every night no matter what time she gets to bed. my son is 4 and goes all night--he never wakes in the night to get up to use the bathroom and when my daughter wets the bed it obviously doesn't even wake her up--suggestions?

I know that this question has been answered already. But, I took 2 pregnancy tests after 50 days of missing my period. It said no. I really feel like I am though. My breasts are swolen, sore and darker. I have headaches. I feel bloated. Is my mind just trying to play tricks on me? I just got married and we wanted to wait a few more years, so this might not be a good thing. But I think that deep down inside i do want a baby. Could my pregancy tests be wrong? Am i going crazy?

It's for a 2nd grade class. I doesn't have to involve blueberries themselves, it just has to have a blueberry theme. Someone told me blueberry juice and milk make a paint...is this true? Any ideas would be great! My mind is completely blank on this one!

Here I am again, the seventh night in a row, sitting watching crap telly, in agony with heartburn. I am living on Rennie and Gaviscon, it isn't helping in the slightest. I am 36 weeks pregnant and can't sleep. The minute I lie down, my mouth fills with acid and chokes me. I have tried milk, not eating after 6pm, eating bland food, and tried sleeping sitting up, but none of them work and am still feel totally fed up.
Hubby is snoring away upstairs and I am at the end of my tether!! Anything else I could try??

pleeeeease help!
Thanks LOADS! Jane xxx

Any suggestions? I'm a single mom and my kids think if I make them clean that they shouldn't have to do it again for another 3 days or so. It's frustrating b.c I don't have time to do all of the cleaning.

It's getting annoying, she didn't used to be like that, as soon as she hears no she starts crying screaming about ANYTHING....everytime were at a restaurant or church there is always atleast 1 episode where i have to take her outside and wait for her to calm down...today at the mall people were coming to the area where i was to see what was going on because she was screaming so loud like someone was killing her just because she was at their little park for about half and hour and I said it's time to go now.

My oldest son turned 3 this year...Last year he didn't really care much about Christmas still. Now he is ready for Santa lol. My second son is almost 2. I was wondering how many people keep the presents under the tree from the time they buy them? I did this in the past, but i think i want to keep them put away until "santa" comes, just to keep my sneaky boys out of them.

How many people keep their presnts under the tree? Who puts them out on Christmas eve while children are in bed? Is it more of a happy surprise that way?

Pregnant and we don't know if we are having a boy or a girl. We have already chose a boy's name but we are having trouble with the girl's name. We are thinking of a traditional bible name like Rachel, but I don't want a filler type middle name like Lyn, Marie or Rose. Can you help me think of something interesting?

I know a similar quest. has been asked before and I agree that the parents are responsible. But, as someone said, many of the parents aren't doing it. Think who will be running the country 30 yrs. from now. I've seen blank looks on faces when some people, even adults are called down. They really don't know! Wouldn't it help if the kids had a short class on it every day in grade school? And not just 'please and thank you'. They should discuss general consideration for others. I remember being taught telephone etiquette as a child in school. Any other ideas on this?

He doesn't have much sweets and no caffeine and he gets even more hyper, especially when it is close to bedtime. He sleeps at around 9:00 and sleeps for 12 hours. When do you put your child to bed and how do you deal with their hyperness?
BTW, we wind him down before bed, but it's hard to dos o with him being so hyper. He's also lost interest in books, he used to look at books for an hour before bedtime.

My cousing is involved with a woman who has a 10 month old. The mother doesn't really want to hassle with her baby, so she lets the little girl stay up until 3 AM and sleeps in until 10-11AM. I know I'm not supposed to butt in and tell them how to parent, but how can I explain that her child needs a sleep and feeding routine without hurting her feelings?
