Pregnant and we don't know if we are having a boy or a girl. We have already chose a boy's name but we are having trouble with the girl's name. We are thinking of a traditional bible name like Rachel, but I don't want a filler type middle name like Lyn, Marie or Rose. Can you help me think of something interesting?

I used the example of Lyn as a filler name because I read it on a website..can't remember which one...Called filler because it is very very common.....Actually, my middle name is Lyn and think it is pretty...but I already used it with an older daughter........

Can you tell that I like names where the first & middle names begin with the same letter? For some reason they sound more lyrical.....more musical! Good luck!

First of all, I completely agree with you on the "filler name" thing. Yes, those names sound good with alot of names, but they are way too common! If there is a important significance behind them, then they are alright, but otherwise, it just shows that you couldn't think of anything better. Now, to try and answer your question: Rachel Jade, sorry that's all I can think of right now. But definately, you can use a more interesting middle name, since not EVERYONE will know it, and it won't be used a whole lot.
