my son's lactive gas was high.

yes it's lactic gas. Has something to do with a metobolic disorders.

my son has a developmental delay he is 3 years old he doesn't talk he was diagnose with autism.

I think you are refering to a Gluten /Casein Allergy, which would include an intolerance to lactose, the key molecule in milk (a casein protein). Their is the idea that an intolerance to lactose/casein can lead to autism by causing toxins from the inability to break down the lactose proteins. If your child is autistic, I would suggest putting him/her on a glutein casein free diet which would mean no products with flour or milk. Ill put a link on the diet below.

Lactive gas? More info please. Do you mean gas caused by drinking milk?

Or lactic acid? Is that what you mean?
