I had bouts of morning sickness in my first trimester, but things seem worse now that I'm in my second. I'm actually vomiting now and I have no appetite. Everything in our house is starchy, sweet, or not well rounded. I've also become lactose intolerant. Besides vegetables, which aren't filling for me, what sort of things can you suggest I eat that I might be able to keep down? I'm worried about my baby not getting nutrients.
