You all need to just relax and be what you will be with one another. Help him to calm down. Don't press. You won't "catch" him now. Stand still, breathe deep, be the adult. If you are fortunate, he will slow down and walk back. Men scare easy. Be the older one now and look at this situation in calm manner. So you all had sex. Wonderful. Natural. What it means will be clear when you all just start to be real adult friends.
