Hi Jessica,
I was raised a catholic, and back in the sixties we used the rythmn method. It always worked for me,3 times too! If you started your cycle on the 11th, then you have a open window 12 to 14 days counting from the 11th. I always allowed a day or 2 before or after. So count from the day you started which would be the 23rd to the,I would go for the 22nd lol, to the 28th. I do not know about your cycle nor claim any professional advice. This advice is what worked for me even if they have these new charts.
I learned from generations of women in my family. As long as you are healthy stay calm and enjoy!

Many people will tell you on day 14 of your cycle, or 14 days after your period, but thats an average and all women are different. Two ways to know if you have ovulated are to take your basal body temperature (BBT), when you first wake up before you have done anything. When you have ovulated, your temperature may be about .4 higher. The easiest way to tell is to observe your cervical fluid. When it becomes heavier, stretchier, etc, it will be the height of your time to conceive.

Hey chick
your best bet is to go onto a trying to conceive/baby website like www.babyzone.com there you put in the date of your last period ans length of your cycle and it automatically works out your fertile days on a calendar so you can refer. There is also alot of useful information and tips too. You usually ovulate 10-15 days after your period depending on your cycle.
Hope this helps xx

Day and night for the next 2 weeks, your ovulation days could be any time ,no 2 people are the same.
You may have to do this for months, having unprotected sex doesnt guarantee a baby.

It is very nice to have a baby . if you have a regular 28 day period you my count 12 days from the first day of your last menstrual cycle and continue to have unprotected sex for 3 days because ovulation usually occur in day 14 so you need to begin at day 12 to optimize your chances

14 days after your last cycle is the best time but aslong as you have regular periods tho you don't want to get too worked up over getting pregnant as that can add stress and just make your periods late. sometimes its a case of it will happen when the time is right just keep trying but don't let it take over your life or it will start to affect your relationship... good luck!!

Jessica, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You are ovulating appx 14 days after the first day of your last period, so try 3/ 4 days before ovulation, and every day thereafter for 5 more days.

i think you mean nov 11 right? if you have a regular 28 day cycle, than you have to figure you have a 5 day fertility window. most women ovulate at day 14, "most". si if you start at day 12 and continue to day 15, than chances are you can get prgnant. Im also trying and am using the BBT method, that is taking your temp evryday to see when you are ovulating. if you get a basal body thermometer, they are sold in most drug stores, it will explain inside how to use it. good luck, and wish me luck!
