I have a 3 year old and for the past month she has become attached to my pillow and pillow case! I have a pillow case on it that I had since I was a child and it's almost 30 years old. I don't understand why she suddenly loves only this particular pillow. She carries it with her into our living room and it keeps it by her side while she plays or watches a movie. I really don't mind that she likes my pillow but I am afraid she is having security issues.

So far whickey has helped but nothing else. i know its bad to give them whickey on their gums but nothing else works we hve tried teething tabs, rings and teething rub! help

Am I ready?
to take this on?
a small new person
who needs me to lean on...

can I be patient,
caring and kind
to give this little one
piece of mind?

my daughter in diapers,
still so young
but 2 kids growing up
they'll have so much fun!

I watch her play
her innocent sleep
late at night
in her room I do creep

a hand on my womb
the other on her face
a smile on her lips,
brush her hair back in place

2 little babies
both needing me
not sure of my strength
but I know where I'll be

diapers and spittup
messy trips out
bottles and laundry
and babies that pout

hands and feet
fingers and toes
every so tiny
like the small button nose

watching them play
helping them learn
the name "mommy"
I promise to earn.


For anyone who sat up at night worried about there kids, or if they were doing the right thing, you are a true blessing to your child. They might not know it yet, but they are very lucky.

Can I get prenant 2 weeks after I give birth? i know they recomend you to wait 6 weeks but the Dr. did say it is just a recomendation so we did it. But can I get pregnant this soon?

I know it sounds silly, but I cant break my 2 year old from putting his finger in his nose. I think it is so gross, but nothing i seem to do has helped it any. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I don't want to be a bother to anyone, but there are some things that would really help me out. One of DH's friends has been living with us for a couple of months (he should be gone in 2-3 weeks), and he burns this candle that makes me really nauseated. Is it too much to ask (or have hubby ask) that he not burn it? I mean it is my house.... And tonight DH called from work and said that they want to order pizza - another smell that makes me sick. They made me feel really bad for asking that they not order it, but is it too much to ask that I not feel like I have to stay locked in the bedroom in order to avoid all the smells that they bring in but make me sick? I'm really frustrated. I don't want to be a kill joy or a burden but I don't want to suffer in silence either. Am I being unreasonable?

Can stress cause your cycle to come on early and light. Just curious. I'm goint to take a Pregnancy test at the end of the week if my flow is not heavier. Also, I have high levels of stress and depression - is it still possible for me to get pregnant?

I just had a baby 2 1/2 months ago and started on birth control 4 weeks ago. My boyfriend and I had sex and he did not pull out, I am very nervous about getting pregnant again. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant that soon after giving birth?

My 1 month old has Acid Reflux pretty bad. My husband and I put her on the Enfamil A.R. Formula to have something a little thicker to help her keep more down. The problem is that she won't hardly eat and spends 2 hours trying to get a bottle down. The good thing is that- it did help with the spitting up.
So, my husband and I decided to switch back to the regular Enfamil Lipil- she eats way better, but has begun to spit up more frequently.

If you were me would you :

A: go back to the A.R formula to lessen spitting up

B: continue with the regular formula that helps her eat more and just try to work through the stress of spitting up

or C: try something else ( and give me your options)

Please help.

Oh, and her pediatrician did put her on Zantac.... so she is also taking medications for this

started my "period last night at about 11.45pm, now it has stopped at 5pm so roughly about 20 hrs all in all, i have had bloating feeling sick, sore breats, heartburn, pulling at tummy low down about a week and half ago. just wondering if anyone had a light and short period and still been pregnant. done test but negative but think it might be too early (think i caught about 12th of this month) last months period was 7 days long. thanks for answering

I have a 2 yr old baby as well who has no sleep problems. I feed them at the same time, bath them at the same time, and put them to bed at the same time. She eats well and is developing well. What do I do? I find that I am tired all the time as I do not get enough sleep and the above does not matter whether she is in her cot or my bed, Am desperate, please help!

Okay im 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and im already starting to show.....Seriously i have a harder stomach and its popped out, i cant suck it in at all! Its crazy...why would i be showing this soon...Im positive im not farther along. But what could it be....? And i have two boys and was sick with both of them and very tired, But this one has been a breeze, not even tired. Why would that be....? Maybe a girl? or will it just kick in later? Im just excited sorry :) Im sure u people hear the same things over and over and over :)
