Yes, it possible. But the problem is, will your baby want latch onto your breast after trying the bottle? Because, drink milk from your breast isn't easy as the bottle. The bottle just drip the milk but for your breast he must sucking it. You have to try if your baby want to suck from your breast.
You can start to pump and drink fenugreek or mother milk tea. Its work for me. Better if you call your lactation consultant.
If your baby refuse your breast, maybe the best thing you have to pump it and give it from the bottle.

I have heard of it happening, and yes it is possible. It is even possible for an mom of an adopted child to produce milk, yet usually it won't come back as much as it was before (but you never know!)

1. There are special herbs for breastfeeding production such as milk thistle and fenugreek, you can try something like "Mother's Milk Tea"
2. You can get a top-of-the-line breast pump to get it going. I've heard it can take a week or two and do it every three or four hours and keep it up, store up the milk.

IF you do those two things you can get it back. A good website would be la leche league.

Has it stopped completely yet or do they still produce a bit of milk? I'm not sure, but I would guess if it still produced some you would be able to get it back. Good luck and God bless.

You can certainly give it a try. You can probably re-establish lactation. Not sure if you could get back a full supply or not.

Start pumping and try to see if you can get him to latch on again.

Yes, you can by taking domperidone. It is completely safe and increases your milk supply. I had to take it with both my babies. Check below.
