Can stress cause your cycle to come on early and light. Just curious. I'm goint to take a Pregnancy test at the end of the week if my flow is not heavier. Also, I have high levels of stress and depression - is it still possible for me to get pregnant?

I have personally had strees delay and bring my period on early. Relax as much as you can and focus on being calm. The stress can effect the way you ovulate which can cause you not to get pregnant. It doesn't st9op you from having a baby but stress can knock your body out of wack. Not to say if you get to stressed it can kill you. Just relax honey nothing in life is really that bad. You just have to get through it. I am only saying this because i know how it felt when I was stressed and I am just learning to relax and appreciate the good things

Both physical or mental stress can through your cycles off. And yes, you can still get pregnant even if you are stressed. As long as you ovulate, you can get pregnant. You should treat your depression first though, that can affect you more during pregnancy.

Maybe you should worry more about your stress and depression issues before bringing a child into the world.
