NO, You should absolutely not try to steal her boyfriend!
Let their relationship run its course! I am sure you would not want another girl to steal your boyfriend.
If their relationship is at its end, then one of them (or both) will end the relationship. Then if he is interested in you, he will let you know, I am sure.
Plus if she is a popular girl, and if you did steal her boyfriend, it could cause you problems at school with several kids.
If you just think things out, many times you can answer your own questions.
Good luck!

I think what you should definitely NOT do is steal her bf. This would mean. How would you feel? I think you should keep being friends w/ this guy, but try as hard as you can NOT to flirt as a way of communication, just be his friend. Also, if/when they break up, he will go to you and he will know that you were always nice to him and supporting etc. If you can't not flirt w/ him, then try and not be alone w/ him when you guys hang out, avoiding the awkward sitch. I've been there, and this is what has worked for me. Good luck! ;)

To get a guy who has a girlfriend, you will need to make a good impression on him with everything you do. You want him to know who you really are so be yourself and just follow the following steps.
Steps
Keep eye contact with him because it will show him you are interested in him. Keep his attention this way but try not to stare at him.
Be able to communicate with him. It means a lot to a guy if you show him that you are interested in him by speaking your mind.
Make sure you always listen to what he has to say to you. He might be testing you just to see what you might do or say.
Watch how you talk to him because you don't want to sound immature or selfish.
Make sure that if you tell him that you love him, he means it when he says it back to you too. You need to be careful about a guy who'd leave someone he's already dating, even if it is for you.
Tips
Consider telling him straight up what you are looking for, before you try to get him interested in you. If he is serious about her, you need to respect that.
Try to first find someone who is available. You will save yourself from a love triangle or a heartbreak this way. Anyway, you deserve a boyfriend who is all about you, instead of having to share him with another woman.
Warnings
Be aware that if you are too obvious in trying to take someone's boyfried, you WILL make a bad reputation for yourself.
If you try to get someone else's attention, and they just do not seem interested, it's extremely possible that they might actually LIKE the girl they are with. Give it up and move on.
If the guy you want is dating your best friend, make sure he is really worth it before attempting anything. You will lose that friend.
There is a fine line between helping a guy who likes you as much as you like him out of a pre-existing relationship, and acting like a complete whore. Think a little.
