I came off the pill 6 weeks ago and thought I was going to start my period last week, so I thought it was ok to have sex with my fiance. My period never came and I had cramps the other day. Now Im feeling bloated and have very sore nipples. We already have a little girl, who is only 7 months old, is it possible to get pregnant so near my period? Help! xx

I have a 2 year old boy, and he takes his diapers off constantly, usually after he pees or even when he doesn't. Does that mean he is ready for potty training, and anyone know of any good ways of getting him ready, we have already bought the potty and its in the bathroom waiting for him, Thanks :)

The School board has made it madatory for all 2nd graders to be reading at grade level inorder to move on. My daughter hates to read and she has been in reading classes since kindergarten. How can I get her interested in reading and keep at it so she can move on to the 3rd grade? This is in Clark Couty Indiana incase you were wondering. Is the School board being too harsh or are parents just becoming lazy?

If you take 3 packs of pills in a row and have unprotected sex the day you are due to take the last but one pill from your second pack what are the chances i could possibly be pregnant. I mean when is a womans most fertile time even when on pill? I know the chances are low but im just double checking. I take the pill this way for painful periods.

He's 12 and I've been with my Hubby who's 30 for 5 years - we have a baby daughter everything would be wonderful if it weren't for my stepson who makes my life a living HELL
He constantly does things to redicule me & treats me like he thinks I'm stupid - he undermines my authority and plays little mind games all the time - Plus he like to pretend that he's DUMB or stupid so he can get away with not having to do stuff
Like when I ask him to throw something away for me he looks at me and says "I dont now how to do that" & he will seriously argue with us over stupid stuff like that - He breaks stuff around the house on purpose & tries to say its an accident or has even said that I did it !!!!! - I caught him breaking the shelf in the refridgerator intentionally he was yanking it & laughing & he told his dad that I was imagining things & that it was already broken - & he had an evil grin on his face - I've gotten to the point were I feel I hate him & he is the reason I have a temper

Yes this sounds gross but I had a craving for sour apple slurpie and a pickle. I don't even like pickles that much. My husband was kind to get me the slurpie or else! :) As soon as I had them together I was so content. Funny how I can't sleep well, I can smell my dog's breath even if he is on the floor and that grosses me out and then I want a pickle with slurpie???? LOL What's next? Not looking for any ideas here but what is/was your craving that you remember most?

hello when i had my last miscarriage i was on bedrest for 2 weeks before the news finally came. when i went back to work there were several people asking me why i didnt get the miscarriage prevention shot(whatever it may be called) tell me.... what is this shot and why do the people with state health care have to suffer like i did?

I view my future step son as a real person, and a good one at that, who tries very hard for people to like him. And he's a smart kid. I tell him that I think that. I also let him know I care about him. I try to enforce his father's (My fiance's) rules. If he does something bad, I go with what his father says is the correct way to handle it. And his father has the final word on everything. If I don't feel the punishment is right, then I bring it up with him and not our son. I also try very hard to remember to support his son, and make him feel like he can do right. Am I doing this okay so far?

How long were u in labor before they thought it had been to long and decided to give u a c-section?

I was in labor for 38 hours. I needed oxygen, and both our heart rates were dropping. The suction thingy didnt work, and I ended up needing a front to back episiotomy to finally get her out.

I have a few friends who had no complications other than the fact that they were in labor for over 20 hours, so they deemed it necessary to give them a c-section.

Why didnt they with me? We had our babies at the same hospital, around the same time. I'm glad I didnt have to have one, after all that labor, but doesnt that seem weird?

I took my 5 weeks old daughter for Hept. B shot today but doctor told me to wait when she's two months. She will mix all immunization shots into 1 shot, which about 3 shots. Hept.B and the other two. Have you ever heard about this?

I nursed for a year, and was young (almost 20) when our first daughter was born. I gained 40lbs with the pregnancy (dont ask me how, considering I was sick the whole time) I have lost all the pounds, but still have a couple extra inches around my waist. Did I lose it well because of my age? Will it get harder with future children, or will nursing them and trying to eat right continue to work?

My kids are 10 and 12 and are still spanked at times. It has always been with my hand on their clothed bottoms. But now these spankings are barely felt by them and they pretty much laugh at me when I do it. Should I abandoned spanking all together regardless of the infraction? I would like to at least have it as an option. Or should I try using an implement to spank with or maybe spanking on their underpants or bare?

I have an out of control 4 year old. This past year has been really tough on him. He's had alot of changes. From grandma passing away, to my husbands layoff from work & him being home with me & my son 24/7 for 2 straight months, our pregnancy & birth of his brother, moving out of the only home he has known to a new place 2200 miles away. He has no respect, back talks constantly (more than most 4 y/o), tantrums, doesnt share with anyone, hits,kicks & is aggressive towards adults & other children, constantly gives me ultimatums (ie:well if you dont let me do this then I'm gonna break "blank"). He'll be fine for quite some time then its like Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. When he isnt getting his way & throwing a tantrum or angry you cannot talk to him or reason with him. Me & my husband have tried positive reinforcement, times outs, taking toys & privledges & spanking. Im not for spanking but it seems that is the only thing that will work & it's only a temporary fix. Any advice? What works for you

How do partners agree on a name for their child. I'm having my first bub in Jan 07 and I'm buggered if my partner and i can decide on a name.. Do people just come to a compromise? How do i approach this subject without having it end in World War 3? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
