triaminic for runny noses works good.
that brand comes with different symptoms. keep socks on her feet. just let it ride out, a runny nose isn't cause for antibiotics.

Paracetamol is as good as it gets , you wont get anything for the runny nose in paediatrics

PediaCare works best for my 18 month old! :-) Usually a couple doses of it and he's cleared up! :-)

its all temporary relief medicine, if its running green they have a nasal infection....but i find that the nite time runny nose medicine is good. you can eve use it during the day if they dont go to school.

i like motrin or tylenol cold. pediacare also works really good.
try to stay away from dimetap b/c it will make her very groggy and drowsy.
