get the book, "what to expect while you're expecting". It's the Bible for Pregnant women.

Well if you've exercised before you were pregnant, just do the same thing. It won't hurt. Despite what people might say... it's okay to keep doing your normal activities while you are pregnant. Also just walking is good. Walking is ALWAYS good.

Stop when you are fatigued
Do not exercise to exhaustion
Avoid exercise that will increase your risk of falling or abdominal trauma.
Do NOT exercise lying on your back after your 1st trimester
Drink Plenty of water."

I was still going to the gym a few weeks ago. And I was doing pilates and cardo on and treadmill and bikes. I would ask your doctor what would be best for you. Or if you go to the gym ask them they will you out too.

Anything that is low key and relaxing. Yoga, walking, even a nice bike ride (no mountain biking). they even had aerobics classes designed for pregnant women. check out your local health club for available classes and schedules.
