I'm trying to get pregnant for almost a year now. I went to the doc and there was nothing wrong - did blood test. Every month i hope i'm preg, but then my period comes. I stop using the pill about a year ago aswell. After i stoped using it my period is irregular every month and i dont know when my ovulating date is. I even check my temp every day and it's not working. Can somebody help me?

It's crazy cause about 3 weeks ago I had hit rock bottom, I was mourning the loss of my baby,(just this past easter sunday), and thinking it would take me at least another year to conceive, I asked a similar question and got very potitive answers, advice, and methods.

I thought it would still take a few months, but my period did not come on this month and my period is very regular and always has been.

I am sooooo happy, but at the same time learning from my past mistakes, and not thinking fuzzy thoughts or buying baby gear, he people who know is me, my fiance, and my mother. Whereas before everybody knew.

I'm very early in my pregnancy and was wondering if anyone knew anything I could do, or should not do rather, to try and keep this baby in me.

I usually miscarry around my 7th weeks. I'm a waitress and I'm tempted to quit my job and try to stay off my feet until at least the 8th week.

I made an appointment and my doctor is swamped, She can't see me till nov 3.

I went 3 months without having my period and I've skipped a month maybe 2 on occasion but never this long well it came yesterday. The bleeding is really heavy and the pain is so bad that I can barely walk, It hurts in my lower back, stabbing pains in my side that goes clear down between my legs. sorry to be so nasty but I normally wear tampons and it even hurts to wear one of them. I just dont know whats wrong. I'm 26 so its not the change or anything. has anyone else ever had this problem

I know its not a prenancy problem, but no much help in the womens health section

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my two year old woke up at 3 this morning and ever since then the baby has been very active with very little rest periods. But my back is in a lot of pain but it ins't lower back pain its actually by my ribs. But when I go to the bathroom there is a lot of pressure. Could this be preterm labour or is it just that she decided to stretch out completely.

Recently, i posted another questions about when to have kids. Well, I talked with my boyfriend/fiance about getting married before having kids, and he's really heart set on having kids before marriage, because he feels that getting married first will really push back having kids. What should I do? I really would love to get married first but I really want kids. He's mine forever we have both come to that agreement, and we're moving to Colorado to be with my family, (who adores him). He want's kids first then marriage. I'm really undecided.

I have found that my 6 yr old son argues with everything. It's in a very lighthearted way but it still gets on my nerves. Just yesterday when he asked how many "centers" he did in gymnastics, I told him 4 and he said no... over and over. Even after I counted them out on my fingers to him and explained it! I have been reading lots of questions in the parenting sections of yahoo answers & there are SO MANY references to putting kids in daycare... like it's a bad thing. I am a single mother of three. The reason thier father is not around is no one's business and out of earthly hands. I have no choice BUT to put my kids in day care. They are with a woman who has had them since they were babies; she works from her home & has only 3 other kids in addition to mine. My kids are smart, confident & well-rounded. My parents work, my sister lives 1500 miles away... I have to work - or live with my kids on the street. So tell me all you "better-than-me" folks who think I'm an awful mother for "dumping" my kids in day-care... how do I feed my kids, keep them warm, keep clothes on thier backs, keep them insured AND stay at home????

my period comes down on thw 18th of every month no later then the 19th i had sex on the 17th of last month and my period came down the very next day and was very normal i had sex on the 26th of last month also i then had sex on the 9th of this month i started spotting on the 13th-17th not even enough to wear a panty liner it is the 24th and my period has not came im six days late i took a pregnancy test last week and it came out negative im thinking that if i got pregnant on the 26th it would show an accurate answer if i did get pregnanat on the 9th how long do i wait until i should take another test i really feel my body changing please tell me what to do.

My boyfriend recently had a physical and was told he had a hernia. Could that cause his sperm count to be low? We have been trying to get pregnant since January. I have 3 children from a previous marriage, so I don't think it is me that is the problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Additional Details


I am 27 yrs old my youngest is 5. He just turned 41. The hernia is not paining him at all. He did not even know he had one. Could his age be a contributing factor?

Do the dollar ones really work as good? I just bought two at the dollar store, i didnt want to spend alot because i didnt think i was pregnant, but i am 4 days late....and the test said POSITIVE.....do you think thats right?!?!?! Im really excited but really nervous, i dont want to get my hopes up, i know its a cheap cheap test....do they work as good?!?! THANKS SO MUCH!
