That happened to me with my first pregnancy. I was sick the first trimester, and the third trimester. With my second pregnancy, I was sick pretty much the whole time.

I had terrible heartburn, nausea and indigestion all through my pregnancy, my doctor prescribed "metroclopramide" tablets which completely stopped it until the next session but even then it was much easier to handle.

I've had four children and threw up during the entire time with all of them, even during delivery. With my little girl I had heartburn so bad that I had to sleep sitting up and even just the littlest burp would be so bad I'd puke. So be prepared for anything.

When that happened to me it was because I was trying to eat too much. I had to become a grazer. Eat very small amounts of food throughout the day.

It could be heartburn from the baby pushing up on your stomach and causing reflux.
