They're reliable but to a point. I've seen evap lines with the dollar tree tests that looked like lines, but weren't. You should get a good solid BFP at around 12-14 dpo. 10 is very very possible, though!

Yeah, they work. That is the one we used to find out if my cousin is pregnant and she was. It is no different than using a generic in the store except your test only cost a dollar. For the girl who called you a cheapo she needs to think about how much money someone who is trying to get pregnant can spend on pregnancy tests.

They work just as well as the expensive ones! :-) A Dollar Tree PG test confirmed my current pregnancy! A Clear Blue & Easy one detected my 2nd PG, And Dollar Store Brand detected my 1rst..
Why go out and spend the $15-$20 for a 'brand name' PG test..When you could start saving that money for the possible baby to be? :-)

I'm pretty sure they are accurate. I used 3 dollar store pregnant tests and they were all accurate.

Who knows. I don't think I would trust them. They are probably outdated and that's the reason they are at the Dollar Tree Store. Check the expiration dates on the box.

the dollarstore one is the only one I got a postive result from not the 8 dollar ones. I took three all postive 11 weeks pregnant now. also it is the same ones they use in clinics in my area.

Well, my tubes are tied and every time I have thought I was pregnant I went there because the chances were slim that I was but, hey.... They all came out to be negative so they worked for me! My best friend took one and it came out to be positive and scared her half to death and when she went to the docter she was pregnant....So, I would say YES, in my experiences they have worked! And I am located in NC.

yes, they probably work, but spend the extra money and get it better that walmart, kmart, walgreens, cvs pharmacy, . also even if you test comes out negative and you still have not gotten your period and a few weeks have gone by and you can not afford going to a normal doctor, go any women clinic (abortion clinic) and they can do the blood test for you and it does not cost alot.
good luck
