My husband and I have been under a lot of stress lately and I think it might be partly to blame for the complications in my pregnancy, are there any remedies that you have tried that work at relieving stress?

Put on comfy clothing.
Make your room as dark as you can.
Lie down.
Put a pillow under your feet (helps relieve body stress due to pregnancy)
Imagine your lying on a beach, the waves of the ocean are coming in as you inhale, and out as you exhale. Keep this mental image going.
If you think an happy thought, imagine a treasure chest washing up on the beach and opening. Put your unhappy thought into the treasure chest, lock the chest and then imagine the waves washing the chest out to sea. As the chest is carried away, so is your unhappy thought.

Do this relaxation treat at least once a day for at least ten minutes at a time.

Try talking with a theripist you can talk you head off and they don'y think you r crazy. Also try taking a bath with candles lit and nice smelling bubble bath and eat ice cream (haha).

talking with someone does help alot. try doing little things for yourself. a long bath, soak your feet. have your husband give you a neck and back massage.
